Premier EPOS Omdömen 

All ok whilst it's ok. If anything goes wrong, despite all the promises from them, you're on your own (unless you shell out more money for "upgrades"). I wouldn't recommend them.

I got onboard with Premier Epos early 2020. After an initial zoom meeting with Kris Bark everything sounded fantastic! We went ahead and bought the full system, came to around 5.5k ex vat for everything.
This was the first time we'd used a Epos system with stock control. On the initial zoom meeting I was specifically told all our suppliers were already there just to be downloaded from Premier's files.
We're based in Northern Ireland. I'd told them this and the names of our main suppliers. With reassuring smile, Kris told me they'd all their lists of products on file.
This was the first lie I'd be told be them. There was 0 of my main suppliers here in NI's, products. I had to go a get them myself and put them together and format them (a lot of work). Then we might have got some help to upload them after waiting inline for a while with premier to be talked through it by a very uninterested tech guy.
Here's a list of things we were promised that never came to fruition, a working customer database that we could use for marketing purposes and loyalty schemes. Just never worked right, we kind of thought maybe we were the problem until we moved to our New epos system, all of that works like a dream now!!
There's any number of reasons not to go and spend your hard earned cash with this crowd, horrible customer service, long waits for tech support the list goes on.
Another thing is their pricing seems to be pulled from thin air or else the sales guys are working on commission on what they can chisel you with for support.
I also manufacture products that is sold into our particular trade and regularly talk to other retailers who are customers (who maddeningly I recommended this to at the beginning!). The pricing is all over the place, there's guys paying 2 1/2 times more for support than others, it's insane.
There's much better out there for a lot less. We're with a new company now and just realise now how awful these guys are. Steer clear.

We had been looking for an epos system for a while now to suit our needs and Premier Epos came up with the goods. With easy to use system features, great training and support, It is becoming a great asset to our businesses.

Despite experiencing a few glitches and screen freezes upon uploading our shop stock, I highly recommend PremierEpos to small to medium range businesses.
Upon starting up Luton Plumbing Centre I was looking for an update and modern system to manage our daily sales and track our stock.
PremierEpos has fulfilled this need through its well-featured options and touchscreen sales screen.
I’ve found the system to be speedy with a clear process of tracking sales of our loyal customers.
I’m yet to link the system to our quarterly accounts so will review this at a later stage.

We have now been with Premier Epos since Aug 2021. The windows based operating system works well with our store and products and they have constant updates to help solve any issues. Their integration proces with our website has been smooth and products have been uploaded fairly easily. Would have given them 5 star but sometimes they can be busy on phones so any emergency queries or issues can take time to be resolved even though in most cases they have solved it on the day. Defo recommend the system in comparison to their competitors.

We recently purchased Premier Epos stock and till system for our Information Centre and Gallery. We are delighted with the hardware and with the training and support we have received from the support staff in setting up our be-spoke system and with the after-sales support we have received in tailoring reports etc

This is one of the best decisions I made to go with this company... they have been great, the customer service is amazing

We chose premier epos for our garden centre as they linked with Shopify. It has meant we can put our business online during lockdowns and manage stock levels across online and in store.

Just purchased premier epos system and it looks fantastic and the support and training is fantastic

I have been with Premier Epos for a year now and they have been outstanding! They’re support team is unbelievable, they are there within minutes with a helping hand and the sales team have been great! Cannot fault this at all, as a clothing shop being able to track what I’m selling and when really does help, along with so many other aspects. Could not recommend them enough!

Excellent Epos system, Have used it for over 2 years now in both of our shops and gives us a tight control on Stock Control, sales etc which is vital at this moment in time

I was previously with a cheaper system (cheaper initial cost) which I had so many problems with. From phantom sales to incorrect stock data, it was just infuriating.

So I spoke with Premier Epos, and it's like they've custom made their system for my business. To call it epic is an understatement! It is not only going to save me and my team hours of work each week (freeing them up to focus on customers), but it is also going to revolutionise how we perform many tasks which in turn is going to give us so much information to enable us to reduce stock levels and free up cash!

Oh, and their customer service levels are insanely good too! Everyone in so helpful, making sure that we are ok and don't have any issues. We are also getting full training - like 3 separate sessions of training because this system is just so thorough.

There is literally nothing that I can find fault with!

I have just recently installed the Premier EPOS sytem in my cash & carry business. The system has been performing well and the support & training has been amazing. I am hoping with the marketing tools available it will help grow my business !

Recently signed up for a new till system for my pet shop with premier epos after considering it for a while. Great value for money, fantastic system and the back support is spot on!

I would highly recommend premier epos to anyone in retail, setup was straight forward with full training provided.

Ive been using Premier Epos for a few years now and i have no complaints. They put up with my lack of computer knowledge and are really patient when explaining things to me. Any issues ive had they are quick to fix and no problems ever been to big. I would 100% recommend them for any business!

Have been a customer of premier epos for just over 3 years now. Have just recieved my upgraded system. We have had a couple of glitches but no system is perfect. Customer service support is great during office hours.

Fantastic service from start to finish, the Epos works a lot better than our last system. Matthew on support has been an absolute star.

we have used premier epos for nearly 10 years. had a few bugs and issues along the way but thats expected with most systems

This service is really good for stand alone business with one shop where you can spend the time building up your business but when you start adding more shops to your profile linking the inventory to a website is very long winded with no sign of improvement causing you to invest more time linking items to the website which should link from the other product database.
