Been doing business with precisionchems for a while now and they’ve never let me down. Customer service and communication is quick and extremely respectful.
You won’t find a Canadian supplier with a more diverse selection of rare, affordable products. PC values professionalism, quality and their customers. The fact that they have, and continue to make obscure molecules accessible speaks volumes about their ambition to provide reliable materials for your research projects.

Purchased product 6/4/24 and when I followed up with a tracking number the following week, was not given one by Max Codwell. He said to just wait a couple more weeks. I followed up 7/15/24 since I still had not received order and have not received a response. Order amount was $120.

I myself was quite apprehensive when I first came across this website, it seems too good to be true almost haha, and that same weary feeling continued throughout the process of making my first order from precisionchems.com. Weirdly I couldn’t find much on them online anywhere, not on Reddit, Bluelight or really anywhere except on trustpilot, and I believe one other lesser known website-review like site, so I figured they are just a much less known domestic source for the Canadian rc community compared to other vendors that everyone talks about. Either way I believe they should have a much bigger customer base.

But I ended up taking a leap of faith and decided to order from them for the first time, and behold the package pulled through. I have made quite a few orders from Precision Chems in the past 6-ish months, every single package has landed with exactly what I ordered, no issues (A few times I have actually gotten some extra, unexpected samples, free of cost which is always a fun surprise). Sure, they might have a smaller selection of products when compared to other vendors, but the products they do have on their site I have never seen on another Canadian domestic source, quite frankly some of the listed products I would have thought never possible to be available in Canada, without risking an order from Europe somewhere and more than likely having it snatched up by customs (I myself had sent some of the products I was more worried about being what they say it is, and to make sure it is pure, and does not contain anything “unwanted”. Testing was done using Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, as well as liquid testing reagents, when the results came back it was nothing but good news).

If I had to choose a vendor to recommend to a friend or anyone looking for a domestic Canadian vendor I would absolutely recommend Precision Chems (for the ones who don’t know or are newer rc explorers, domestic is much preferable because you don’t have to worry about your package being seized by customs, which from experience I know happens all the time with international vendors, and there ain’t a thing you can do about it lol). Precision Chems also makes sure that your delivery is concealed & packaged well, very discrete (no one will know what’s in your package but you). Also Canada post does not care even a tiny bit, never had any issues regarding my packages with them.

Recently I had a question regarding a certain product, and ended up speaking with one of PC’s employees (or owner? Don’t know haha), either way I told him about the one and only small issue I have had, and he has offered to give me a very generous discount on a future order as compensation, which was not what I was looking for or expecting at all. Yet he immediately offered compensation, and an apology for the situation. The issue was not even PC’s fault, yet they still were very helpful, and they have been very generous.

In my opinion Precision Chems is all around one of the top domestic vendors for Canada, and quite frankly should be better known throughout the Canadian rc community. With PC you have nothing to worry about, they are good at what they do, and have some exotic and great products. On the rare occasion there is an issue I know that PC would have no problem doing everything in their power to resolve it, and repair any mistakes that may rarely happen, so if you came here to know weather they’re legit, don’t worry, or stress. Go ahead and make an order, Precision Chems are 100% a legit, and well built business. Very easy dealing with them.

having had a few orders done with precision Chems I can say without a doubt they are the best research chemical supplier in Canada <3 max is super helpful and the Chems teamPC have test amazing in my lab!
