Precise Surveyors Omdömen

The surveyor Jamie Taylor did a fantastic job and made me feel like I was in safe hands. Being a first time buyer uou hear so many horror stories and it is so hard to know who to trust so many reviews so you go on gut. I viewed a house with a different estate agent to the one I was buying from and the agent was so friendly honest and professional even though I was not purchasing with them I valued their advice when it came to surveyors, they put me in touch with PRECISE. From the minute they picked up the phone to receiving the report the service has been 10/10. Jamie is special and if you can ask for Jamie is my one bit of advice. What Jamie does what is amazing is he goes that extra length not only does he enter the property and go through it with a fine comb from the ground to the roof, but also the level of detail in the report was brilliant, and even though the property I was purchasing had alot of character Jamie took the time out to explain everything in detail in that report and what it means for me. Thank you Jamie and PRECISE

We had precise surveyors after a recommendation from our estate agent

We couldn’t be more happy with the service. The speed of the report coming through and the detail within that was second to none.

Also the fact you get a call from them after to run through any concerns. Would 1000% recommend

We used precise surveyors for a level 2 survey on the property we are in the process of buying.
The overall experience was amazing, report was very detailed. We also had the opportunity to then discuss the findings of the report with the surveyor to which they were happy to answer any questions.
100% recommend!

Jamie was great! Survey was booked in really quickly, and the report was sent to me the next day. Had a follow up call to go through it all too! Couldn’t recommend enough

We came across precise surveyors purely by chance, from the first phone call with Kerry to speaking with Jamie who did our survey and took the time to go through step by step our report, the service we received was nothing but excellent. Our mortgage broker then threw a spanner in the works which the team straight away gave support for and pointed us in the right direction for what we needed to do next! As first time buyers we had no idea what this would entail but a massive thank you for making it so quick, easy and taking time to go through every step with us!

A pleasure to deal with and a responsive and thorough service provided. They were clear and swift with their communication and provided a very professional service from start to finish. A clear and detailed report was provided for thw home we were purchasing and really helped with our decision to buy.

The process was seamless and very easy to navigate. The turn around for the report that we needed was quick and without any issues.
A special mention to Kerry who was so lovely and supportive throughout a difficult experience for us (issues with sale of our house dropping through and last minute deadlines not being met - nothing to do with Precise Surveyors). I felt that Kerry was really personable and went above and beyond to help ensure that Previse Surveyours would do whatever they could to fit around our deadlines and issues. Matt was our surveyor and was incredibly efficient and supportive with providing our reports and we are incredibly grateful for all of your help. Thank you!

We have used precise twice now and both times our surveyor was Jamie Taylor. I also dealt with Kim in arranging the survey.
I cannot speak highly enough of precise, kim and Jamie. Extremely professional, knowledgable and very friendly. The whole process was explained and I was kept updated at every stage. Precise make this very easy and hassle free. I definately wouldnt use anyone else. Thankyou

The communication from Precise surveyors was excellent. They kept us up to date with what we needed to and the instructions for paying and viewing the report were simple and straightforward. They delivered report earlier than expected and it was thorough and clear. I would absolutely recommend using them to survey your house or another if you're planning to move. I also had a call from our surveyor to discuss the findings and how best to proceed. He was honest and very helpful.

We couldn’t be more happy with the service provided to us by Precise Surveyors.
The report we received was very thorough and detailed, and addressed some of the concerns we had ourselves, and indeed highlighted some important issues we had not been aware of.
Shortly after receiving the report, Matt contacted us to see if there was anything we were uncertain of that we wished to discuss, or if there was anything else he could help us with.
We have received a first class service from Precise Surveyors and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.

I would highly recommend Precise Surveyors. I carried out a search to find the best homebuyers surveyor in my area. Six options were recommended. I spoke to staff members from each company. Precise Surveyors informed me that they used drone technology to access areas not visible. My husband and I were impressed and selected the company. Michael carried out the survey. The report was more than the level 2 which we had not paid for. It read more like a level 3 report. Michael's was detailed with photographic evidence to support his findings. The summary page at the end of the report was very helpful about the Condition ratings 1,2,3. 3 was coloured in red, rating serious and in need of answers or to be addressed. We are currently at the negotiation stage based on the Condition Rating stage 3.

Precise Surveyors were really approachable and supportive from enquiry to completion of the report. I really appreciated the time Jamie took to explain the report over the phone and it was extremely detailed. Precise Surveyors came recommended and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Excellent survey. Moving house without a mortgage but needed the house inspected. First class report and received within 24 hours. Extremely in-depth and detailed. Very well written and everything explained in simple English.
Could not be happier. Can highly recommend Jamie.

Matt put me at ease explaining everything in my house survey and explained how to go about getting the refurbishment of the bungalow done. Especially which jobs needed to take priority. As I had not moved house for nearly 40 years this was all new to me.
I fully recommend Matt of Precise Surveyors and would use them again if needed.

This company are very professional. I was very happy with their response times, the format of the report and the phone call follow up to explain highlighted areas of concern in 'lay man's' terms!

Thorough report and very good communication, would definitely recommend and use again

We had the pleasure of working with Jamie for a bespoke Level 3 survey and valuation, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Jamie was incredibly thorough, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the property and provided detailed explanations throughout the process. What stood out most was his willingness to offer follow-up time after the survey to answer our many questions, help us understand the findings in depth, and advise on next steps. This level of support was invaluable and really set him apart. Highly recommended!

We have used Precise Surveyors twice now and both times the service and quality of reports has been excellent. Jamie has been most helpful all the way through and the follow up communication has been first class. We can thoroughly recommend Precise Surveyors! The Turners, Stourbridge.
