The worst service provided by Prab India. My cloth hanger today coming out after 5 months of installation. On calling customer care service they are not responding properly.. after calling them 2-3 times they ask for location and after that we got no response from them. Now I am calling them again and they are not responding ... It's a torcher for a customer... Instead of lifetime warranty they give lifetime headache... Don't purchase any thing from them.

Got Helpful and quick delivery of Cloth Hanger in my apartment. As thought they are hard working and professional in their sort of work.

I am having the worst experience with Prab India. I was looking for Clothes hanger and Prab India contacted me on the same day and forced me to install the hangers boasting the quality and the service excellence. But the same day after installation u started seeing troubles.. First of all the installation was not clean and aligned, they also suggest me to install the pulley to my balcony grills instead of walls to reduce their effort. And the same day one of the pipes fell in the balcony. When I contacted them, they were not responding properly. It took 3 to 4 days after regular follow up, one guy came to fix that. And the next day when I started using again while I pull the pipe and try yo put cloths they started falling.. Again raised an issue and same follow ups.. They promissed me that they are going yo replace the caps with better one as the grip is not good. But some guy came with same caps started fixing caps by burning the rope ends to fix the cap. The guys was not professional, he was responding rudely. But few days now I see that almost caps are breaking.. I have added a picture.. Again raising issue for returning the product but the response is not good. Surai is the guy who is managing the things.. Worst people worst company..

The ceiling cloth drying hanger system is unique and quite good quality. The deluxe and supreme version are powerful and string built with good quality nylon ropes. Highly recommended.

It is a well-Managed brand, a Leading meat shoe rack supplier in Mumbai. Last month I had booked a wall-mounted shoe rack which got delivered on time. I appreciate their delivery and installation work.
