Absolutely appalling service
Absolutely appalling service. Items not delivered. No answers from email, phone calls or the WhatsApp facility. Have had to go through my bank to attempt to recover a refund. AVOID AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY!!

I was kept informed throughout the ordering and delivery process.
The 250 g sizes of my product was not available, so they sent me extra packages of the 150 g sizes.

Great customer service
I placed an order, bit a few days later received a phone call to say the item was out of stock when I ordered.
I.was then offered a full refund and a bottle of an alternative make free of charge.
Great service, only problem being the bottle was broken in transit. Not very well packaged and in a jiffy bag not a box to protect the contents.
No matter I would still buy from them and recommend them.

Searching for the best price of the…
Searching for the best price of the facial wipes I use I came across this web site. It was a new website for me after reading somewhat mixed reviews I decided to give it a go, The items I wanted were a really good price and in stock. Ordering was easy and it didn't take too long for delivery. Very happy with the whole experince and would definately recommend this service.

Excellent customer service
