All members of the team were professional, helpful, clear and available. Responses were received quickly and this helped to move the matter forward in a timely manner. It is not easy to make very complex things clear and understandable but this was achieved in this case. Emails were answered promptly and calls were always returned. The charges were in all the circumstances both fair and reasonable. I would happily recommend this team to others seeking equity release arrangements. What's not to like?
