Device arrived on time, however was defective (console didn't turn on). Returned the device (posted back to China) and it was delivered 1 month ago - I sent it via tracked mail. No sign of my refund. Customer service just replies with "we're checking with the warehouse" which is a poor excuse. Order# 42876OK.

The website is easy to navigate and my order arrived in 9 days. It was packaged well and I couldn't be happier with the device I ordered.

The support never answer.

I ordered a device on 28th, January. After a reflexion I asked for cancellation (better price on another website) so I sent an email to the support on 29th, January.

No response.

On 5th, February I received an email saying my order was shipped...
So I sent another email to ask for a refund. Again, no answer.

I bump them on 8th, February and 16th, February: no answer.

I have sold my device to someone. Never buy on this website.

If there was a zero star I would give it. Extremely poor quality of products and after care. Don't go near them, you are simply throwing money in the drain. I bought a POWKIDDY RGB10MAX3 Handheld Game Console for my son in Mar-2024, within a week the screen became defective and started showing horizontal distortion lines. Their customer service kept ignoring my request for replacement and simply reverted to sending me answers that are completely unrelated to my query. Total scammers.

I bought powkiddyrgb30.

Within 24hours it broke.

I cant turn it on anymore, its just green light and nothing happends on the screen.

The worst part is that the refund department have been ignoring me for over a month.

Stay away from this shi77y company.

This company does not care about the people who buy their products and will take your money and give you garbage. I have tried to get help and support from them but they don’t even respond

Saw their ads all across social media, and was very interested in it. Decided to buy it on their official website powkiddy, and bought the Powkiddy RGB20S.
It was working for about 5 months, then all of a sudden, it literally just stopped working.
I tried pressing the power button, and it wouldn't turn on. Pressed both of the buttons, top and bottom, none of them would work. So I figured that it was simply out of power naturally, and charged it for hours, then took the plug out and pressed the power button. It still wouldn't come on. Tried leaving it plugged up and pressing power, still wouldn't turn on.
I thought maybe it needs to go completely dead, then power it and it will turn on, but after doing that, it still wouldn't turn on.

Also note that before anybody says it's an "sd card corruption issue" no it's not that either; I had that issue where it would at least turn on, and saw a boot up screen with the flashing tiny white bar in the top left corner of the screen, but whenever I got that, it would always turn on and start eventually after a long wait. This time the device won't even come on! No white bar, no messages, no anything. Just complete black screen.

I tried taking the SD cards out and starting the device, it still wouldn't come on.

I do not recommend buying from this company. Yes it worked for about a couple months, but eventually it will just stop working, and you've just wasted $80. It "looks" nice...But on the inside, it's cheap and just breaks easy even for no reason.

I am extremely disappointed by words immeasurable, and don't recommend you buy from this company, their products are cheap. I won't be buying from here again.

Received a new Powkiddy x55 and from day one the unit randomly stops working and a hard reset is required to regain control, for instance just trying to increase or decrease the screen brightness in the system settings menu will cause the console unit to freeze and lock up. Then No buttons will work until the unit has a full hard reset and it reboots, then it will happen again if the Brightness is attempted to be adjusted.
I reported this go the supplier Bangood and they said that ghey contacted the manufacturer about the problem, they asked me to upload a youtube video of the problem.
After they acknowledged that the unit was faulty from viewing the video. They indicated that they had no repair center available near me so they asked if I could send it back to China at my own postsge cost. They also asked if I could get a local center to repair the console and they said they would pay. I replied that I was not liable to pay returns payment costs and that by me doing so would mean that I was liable for any subsequent damage ti the console on the journey back. They then suggested me paying returns postage to Dresden but I stated again that legally I do not have to accept a repair as the unit was faulty from new and was reported to them within 14 days. I asked them for a replacement unit or refund and indicated that if they wanted the faulty one back that they should them me a returns postage label or collect it from my home address. They have now resorted to just sending me repeat messages telling me how to return the item under my own cost. And no replacement or refund has been made for the faulty item that has been supplied.

They are totally unprofessional and probably have no intention of rectifying the situation. I am going to get my credit company to Charge back my money.

Avoid buying the Powkiddy x55 from Bangood as if the product is Faulty or damaged you really will be have no consumer rights, and you will be asked to shoulder the more costs to get it resolved.

In my previous dealings with powkiddy i would have given them 5 stars. However, this most recent experience has forced me to post a 1 star review. The item in question was a console which much resembles a psp which my partner bought me for my birthday back in April. The screen of the item was not properly secured to the device and would not work when i received it. Instead of offering for us to return the item powkiddy insisted we wait for a replacement screen. We did for over a month, we then waited up to a week for instructions which consisted of use a hair dryer to remove the tray from the adhesive so we could remove the old screen and replace it with the new and we were told again and again that it would be obvious what we needed to do and fairly straight forward. Once the old screen was removed we attempted to take off the back as the strip attached to the screen attached to something inside. This was not possible as even when you unscrew the back it does not come away from the console. So again i iterate that they stated it would be easy and straight forward when we asked numerous times to send it back and have a replacement sending out. And having them gaslight us and insist the item was checked before leaving the warehouse and the screen was intact before hand, which it clearly was not. Honestly shocking experience and i am livid with powkiddy at the minute. Customer service previously was great this time the person who saw to us was abhorrent. The charge will be disputed with my partners bank as this is an absolute joke.
