absolutely the worst online ordering I have ever experienced I ordered a carb repair kit looked over my order and cost the shipping said 0 i placed my order and was charged 16 dollars for shipping! not revealed until I had payed! i called and canceled my order and was treated very rudely and told it should go through in three to 5 business days! after reading these reviews I will be calling my bank immediately

Placed an order for two helmets and did not hear anything for a week. Had to contact them to find out I would have to wait another 3 days just to find out if they shipped, I canceled the order as they would be late.
Two weeks later, no refund, one helmet shows up and they say they are still waiting on confirmation of cancellation two weeks later.
Disgusting "that wont happen" attitude from call center people who do not care.
Total scam, avoid at all costs.

Ordered a snowmobile sled on December 5th. I did not receive a tracking number and contacted them twice via chat. Each time they stated they had e-mailed the company who was to ship the sled and they would contact me with a tracking number in 2-3 days. The third time I contacted them was by phone. I was told I would have to wait 2-3 day for a response and I had to insist upon speaking with a supervisor who was less than eager to take care of the issue. I was able to get a refund on Dec 28th. They have very poor customer service and they still list the product as in stock as of Dec 28th.

Fast Shipping, item was quickly received and was exactly what I ordered. Price was the best around. Will definitely continue to do business with PowersportsID!

Terrible service, take your money for items that are now "discontinued" and other products they don't send, just a scam. Order from someone else.

Worst experience, I've ever had ordering on line. We ordered rims for our atv, they sent the wrong wheels. We took pictures and tried to return them, they hassled us, more less calling us liars, saying they sent the rims we ordered. When you could plainly see in the pictures, they were totally different, even down to the color. Do yourself a favor, don't do business with these folks.

on the checkout page i was recieving free shipping, so i submitted my order. immediately after i saw a page error:32. i went to my bank account and saw that i was billed $11.08 for shipping and taxed on it. i called their customer service twice and was told first that it was the vendor's fault. then the second time i was told it was my fault. no reimbursement for the false claim on the website. update: 11/13 they have reached out to me appoligized for the confusion and refunded the shipping.

All I can say is I was very disappointed and cheated in my transaction with Powersportsid.com. I was looking for a carburetor rebuild kit that included needle, seat and float. I took recommendation from the salesman to order a carburetor rebuild kit for my 2001 Polaris Sportman 500 HO. The kit didn’t have all the parts that I need. I contacted the vendor multiple times but never got response. So I have recommendation for future purchasers. Unless you don’t care about your hard earned money, find another vendor.

They are scammers, I received 2 of my 4 items, its been over a month and I've came 5 times amd every time they say I will receive an email and I never do, I called twice about a refund and again no email and 3-5 business days pass and also no refund! Do not buy from these scammers.

Poor customer service. Lack of communication has left me feeling scammed. I tried calling multiple times to figure out why my order hadn’t shipped yet and when I could expect it. I completely understand that shipping times have been delayed due to Covid. However, a total lack of communication does not inspire much confidence in PowersportsiD (or any of their other brands).
