Poi mi sono accorto che con l'accettazione di Percent avrei goduto di molti altri vantaggi. L'iscrizione e accettazione a Percent è stata molto complessa e ha necessitato di vari tentativi. Alla fine, con l'aiuto di Evangeline dello staff di Percent, ce l'abbiamo fatta ! Spero ora di poter accedere nuovamente al mio Workspace di Google che avevo avuto in prova per 14 giorni. In caso contrario tornerò alla mia disperazione, oppure mettere mano al portafoglio della mia Associazione Non profit per un account a pagamento.

I only gave Percent 1 star because there wasn’t a way to give zero stars. They constantly reject applications and ask for more and more information, none of which satisfies them. I am done with them. Worthless!!!!!!

Great support for non-profit benefits
I recently applied to get non-profit discount on collaboration tools. Percent’s processes were quick and easy. When I hit a problem their support team responded quickly and resolved the issue. I am now going through the process of activating the services.
Incredibly Frustrated
I am incredibly frustrated. I applied for a Canva account for my new nonprofit and was rejected. Starting August 28th, I've been emailing back & forth with the "help team" of Poweredbypercent, providing numerous documents per their request (three from the IRS, our Articles of Incorporation and my driver's license)...more than enough to verify that my nonprofit is absolutely legitimate. (Side note: I contracted with a law firm to start my nonprofit to ensure it was done 100% correctly.)
I finally received an email on 09/03/24 stating that the verification checks have been completed & that my "organization has been added toa specialized queue so that my new applixation can be processed quickly", but that I must wait at least 48 hours to reapply.
Well, late last night (over 48 hours later), and again just now, I tried to reapply on Canva. My organization showed on the list, but when I clicked submit/apply, I got a message stating "Sorry, looks like this organization isn't eligible." To say I am aggravated is an understatement. While I GREATLY APPRECIATE this generous offer from Canva for nonprofits, the process should not be this difficult or time-consuming. The fact that there seems to be no way to connect with a human at Percent other than by email adds fuel to the fire.
I am not a complainer or ungrateful...I'm just a very tired founder of a new nonprofit that should not need to expend this much time & energy on something so very simple/basic in terms of the verification/qualification process to access such a valuable resource.
UPDATE: Upon writing this review, I was contacted by a Percent team lead & my issue was (finally) quickly & efficiently resolved.

Thanks for the quick response to all my questions. Just recently I started using Canva for a nonprofit organization (Toastmasters) and had some problems setting up the free account.
I always got prompt responses, and they all were really helpful ensuring that the problems I encountered with the setup were resolved in no time.

Their support team is great. I was beginning to lose hope when the automated system kept rejecting my application. The support team was consistent in communication. Clear and detailed in their document requests. They gave detailed instructions to finish my application as well. Overall, a pleasure to work with this company.

Rock star performance
First off, the instructions were clear and the systems for submitting well designed and functional. While awaiting our email verification our email was out of commission but it was simple to find out how to send a message explaining the issue; someone responded back the next day--stellar--and the same day we received our approval. Can't beat one-day turnaround for our verification!

FASTEST RESPONSE EVER
When Applying for the Nonprofit package. I got a message that I was approved and in 3 working days I will get a notification on the next steps. But I was shocked the response on the next step came back withing 15 minutes I was shocked!! This was so fast
Percent staff were knowledgeable
Percent staff were knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I'm not a very tech savvy individual and the Percent staff guided me through the registration process in a way that even I could understand!

If I didn’t have to provide at least 1 star to leave a review I would not have at all. Absolutely the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a business. There is no phone support readily availabe and you have to schedule weeks out and the time available is 6:30 in the morning. I have reached out via email numerous times and get generic responses constantly to my issue with no resolution. They have internally verified my nonprofit but keep rejecting us when we apply for Canva or Google ads saying they can’t verify us despite being verified on there system. It’s been weeks and the issue still isn’t resolved.
