I’d give Clarenze more stars if I could! I’ve just purchased the Amcargo Harmony cargo bike which cost a LOT of money. I was so anxious about purchasing one because of this. Spent months researching. It is less monies going via Amcargo direct however they are in Denmark and in the end I decided on a UK distributor for the support element. Clarenze was super quick responding, answering my questions and is also super polite - you can tell he genuinely cares about customers and that’s very rare to find these days. Thank you Clarenze!

Clarenz was a total star. I’ve never experienced customer service like this. It was sensational. Constantly keeping me updated on delivery etc. Going above and beyond all the way through the entire buying procedure. I cannot express my gratitude to Clarenz.

Asked for a quote for the cycle to work…
Asked for a quote for the cycle to work scheme and had a prompt reply from Clarenz. After waiting for my employer to authorise I sent off the letter and the bike was delivered within 3 days. Thanks Clarenz for the great service

Great customer service from start to…
Great customer service from start to finish. Clarenz customer service was outstanding. Kept in touch throughout till my new bike arrived. Not many bike shops really go out of the their way to help customers like this one. Highly recommend and will certainly be my new go to shop going forward.

Excellent company, sent email with questions, ian replied quickly with answers, and I purchased the tourall j1, I was contacted by Clare who kept me updated and offered assistance if needed, bike arrived quickly, and is an excellent bike, solid and good quality, would highly recommend power drive bikes.

Awesome Touroll J1 bike
This is my first electric bike and I was very excited when it was delivered. It looks powerful, streamline and felt amazing when I got on it. I got my own seat for additional comfort, for personal choice as it's not really needed.
Having not been out bike riding for a while and lacking in some confidence, the Touroll J1 Step Through glided me into my first ride with a steady but power driven start.
After a couple of mini rides on the road, I ventured out on a cross country ride along narrow paths and over gravel roads, before heading back via a cycle route alongside the road, up a steep hill and all the way home.
It was an exhilarating ride. The Touroll J1 transversed the uneven narrow paths and gravel road with ease.
I used the power mode to drive through areas that may otherwise have halted the journey, but the extra power helped me breeze through these obstacles.
On the journey back, I ramped the power up to the maximum and was given a thrilling ride home. When reaching the big hill at the end of the journey, which normally would leave me puffed out and struggling to manage in one go, the extra power from this fabulous electric bike, gave me what I needed to enjoy the hill ride all the way. I did over 25km in total and still have 79% left on the battery.
It really was the most fun I have ever had. I went further than I've been for a long time and got to enjoy the scenery around me without feeling like my legs and lungs were about to burst.
I absolutely love this bike and would recommend it to anyone thinking about a very decently priced electric bike as their first ebike experience. Amazing value for money - thanks to PDB
