Powerblocks are great. I got the straight bar to do even more. It has many advantages but a huge drawback is that it does not rotate, so if you want to do anytype of crossfit dynamic moves- like cleans, jerks, hang cleans, etc- your hands will get torn up.

Great convenient products. My son lives in an apartment, works hard as a cost accountant and uses his spare time wisely. Likes to workout, without spending 30 to 40 minutes driving to a gym. Now even with the limited room, he can work out at home. Thanks for the great products!

Great product and great customer service! We made a mistake in our order and they were incredibly helpful clearing it up and getting us the product we intended to order. The powerblock weights are great too. Easy to use and don't take up much space.

I have had my powerblocks for almost one year. I found them on fitness blender and I have no complaints.

Purchased the new PowerBlock Sport 50 EXP Stage 1. When it was delivered and unpacked, noticed a few issues. First, the items were packaged inside very weak styrofoam that was already broken in multiple pieces. The box was also torn in a few areas. Upon checking them out I could see scratches and abrasions on many of the metal plates. Second, noticed one of the locking plates for the adder weights did not close properly - it closed much harder than the other set. Emailed support (who were very nice) and sent pictures. They didn't feel the scratches and abrasions were out of the norm and couldn't see any defect in the addr closing mechanism and stated that the warranty wouldn't cover this - that once it leaves their hands they can't guarantee any damages incurred by the shipping carrier. I didn't agree and wrote them back stating this shouldn't be acceptable policy for a new product.

Next day I went to use them and one set had an issue where the weight selector pin didn't easily go in (the other set worked fine). I tried it a few more times and emailed support again with pictures. They did issue me an RMA for that set - but stated I would have to pay for shipping back as outlined in the warranty. Shocked, I called them and sure enough they initially wouldn't pay for shipping back - kept saying that their warranty clearly states shipping back is on the consumer. I complained pretty strongly that this was ridiculous - I already paid $58 for shipping and I'm not paying it again for a product either defective or damaged before/during shipping. They finally agreed to ship me new sets and sent me return labels to send the defective ones back with issues at their expense. I received the new sets and they work great. So certainly appreciative that they did this - and the rep I worked with was very helpful.

However, the thing is - this was a new product just received and opened. Warranty shouldn't even have come into the discussion - they had not been used yet. If damage was by the shipping carrier, then they need to talk to be carrier. This is not something the consumer should have to accept because of a shipping issue. I've never had that experience with any product I've received from any other company. If it's defective or damaged they pay for shipping back - period.

Here is what believe PowerBlock needs to do to improve things:

1. Package the product in a much more protective manner. Use better material than the weak styrofoam - there are more durable materials that can be used for packaging. Even my new set had broken styrofoam when I opened it. Also - put foam BETWEEN the metal plates so they don't get scratched during shipping. Pretty simple fix - then units would arrived pristine. Even my new set had scratches and abrasions which is at the least disappointing for a new product.
2. Put 'FRAGILE' clearly on the box - then if the carrier mishandles it you can go back to them and get it resolved. There was nothing marked fragile on these boxes. Don't tell the consumer who just received the damaged product 'oh, sorry, not our fault and nothing we can do'.
3. Change your policy of making the consumer pay for shipping of a product that was either damaged during shipping or defective when received. This is not the consumers responsibility or fault. Warranty is for products that have been USED. If I had used these for two weeks and then something broke, of course then that's my responsibility to pay for shipping - that's where warrranty kicks in. Warranty can't kick in for a product newly received and unused.

Overall I'm extremely happy with the new PowerBlocks received and I highly recommend them (the new Sport EXP is a better design than the others in my opinion). They make an excellent product so that's not an issue. I also would state again their service reps were pleasant - they were just following policy. I just was quite disappointed by their initial customer service responses regarding warranty. Fix the above issues mentioned and I can't imagine this kind of thing would happen again.

My weights were shipped in a timely manner. The customer service I received was excellent.

I absolutely love these dumbbells. My only regret was not getting them a lot sooner.

The PowerBlock system makes a great home gym. The new Urethane dumbells can also double as kettlebells with the purchase of the kettlebell handle.

withe the bench and the pullup bar, I have a full gym at home that takes up very little space.

These weights are amazing and such life savers!

PowerBlock is by far the best adjustable barbell out there. I've used 3 different sets over 10 years. The primary issue I have is compatibility for accessories. For example, there are various versions of the product line that are NOT clear what works with what, ie the EZ Curl Bar, what size of stand is needed, etc. Also the pull up bar attachment to the bench is unstable and I've had issues with it, not just stability but it makes using the bench troublesome requiring a lot of extra space or disassembly each time...

Shipping time was reasonable, product was as expected.

I like how the weights are interchangeable but I think the opening to grab the handle should be much wider. I also think the metal parts should be covered with rubber. When I do exercises that require one dumbell and you switch from one hand to the other, I cannot get my hand inside to grab the handle to switich hands and have cut my hand 3 times. I try grabbing the outside but hurts my hand holding onto all the metal bars.

I'm using the sport series Powerblock set and I love the amount of space these things save. I use them quite often so changing weights to my needs can be done in seconds.
I couldn't reasonably squeeze an entire dumbbell setup in my home and these weights solve that problem without killing house design. If you lack space too, but want to hit the weights- get these

I went to the website, researched the products and purchased the U-90 power blocks and tall pillar stand. They showed up less than two weeks later on my door in good condition, as described.

The warranty registration is old fashioned and silly. Fill out a piece of paper and snail mail it back. Why? I ordered online! And a survey about how much I like the product on the day I received the product? Not well thought out.

But the product works well. Saved me about ten square feet of garage space where my old dumbbell rack was. I can do any movements with the PowerBlocks that I could do with dumbbells, so I'm pretty happy.

The adjustable dumbbells are phenomenal. I have been using them for a few weeks now, and they are a game-changer. They work well and are easy to store.

The only issue was the bar came separately which I was not notified. Customer service returned my call quickly the next day and explained that the two pieces should have been delivered the same day, if the bar did not arrive they would ship a new one asap. Bar did arrive!

I have used these in a commercial facility that trains professional athletes as well as my home gym. Cost and space effective way to have a full set of heavy Dumbbells and kettle bells in a small footprint. Learning curve is easy and once you get used to them the are awesome.

This dumbell set is going to revolutionize my workouts!! Best bang for the buck product out there!
