Exactly as expected
Exactly as expected. Delivery spot on. The item itself is decent. Instructions to build are okay if you think before rushing in. Works fine. Recommended for price.

My cross trainer arrived really quickly…
My cross trainer arrived really quickly within a week. It was easy to put together with my husband and it didn't take us long. Its easy to use and I'm looking forward to getting fit.

Quick delivery, Good build
Quick delivery, sturdy build, looks well, reasonably easy assembly apart from the computer which is tricky because the pictures are so small. Used 3 times and seems to operate well, fairly quiet. Seat reasonable but I like to do 45 mins plus so have opted to buy a padded seat cover

Instructions could do with more…
Instructions could do with more clarity, luckily I figured them out, some parts where difficult to fit, my engineer hubby had no probs though. Seems sturdy, even though its got a maximum weight of 110kg my son has used it wit no issues.

Have now had my crosstrainer for a year…
Have now had my crosstrainer for a year and it's been in constant daily use. I did have one problem after 6 months of use The right hand bearings to the peddle became lose due to a bad fitting. As it was still under warranty I emailed for replacement. The reply I received was excellent and the whole of the right side peddle was despatched by same day delivery. I can only that the service was top form. Thank whoever is JJ.

Fast / Easy was to purchase spare Tension Belt for cross-trainer.
Needed a new tension belt for my model of cross-trainer. Found the item via the web, although I could purchase via Amazon or Ebay too, it was cheaper to buy direct from the merchant.
Easy process, simple payment method and fast / secure delivery.
More than happy to use again and recommend.

Cross trainer
Cross trainer delivered when it said it would. My husband and I put it up(did take a while), no problem putting it up. Instructions good. When I first started using it a couple of the bolts kept coming undone, gave its really good tighten and all seems fine now 🤞. Price a bit dearer than I wanted to pay.

The CT700 cross trainer is great value
The CT700 cross trainer is great value, easy to assemble and does everything that you would expect from a home use machine. Fixings for a water bottle would be useful though!
