Good luck getting a return label.
This company doesn't provide a returns portal. It appears they want to argue themselves out of every return or dispute. Not sure if that's a valuable use of anyone's time since we had 11 emails back and forth and got nowhere. I'm seriously concerned this has happened to other customers as well.
I ordered a tile crank from this website and was surprised when a triangular one arrived (can't say I've ever seen a triangular tile). When I went back to the page, I looked at the description of the size I ordered, and it didn't say anything about it being triangular. If you "Command F", that word is nowhere to be found. After studying the photos, I saw there was a photo of it included in the assorted cranks, but with no identification (item code, measurements) on the photos, it's hard to know what you're ordering.
When I asked to return this unwanted item, and asked for them to reimburse my shipping for the confusion, they refused. They said if I click a size, the photos will change, and that's how I should know. Honestly, this is nowhere near enough information to go off of. It should be in the **product specifications**. The word "triangle" should be *clearly stated*. Most people make square tiles, and a triangular crank can cause warping.
I don't think it's unreasonable to have a return provided if the item does not match its description or if key characteristics are missing. Why should I be out of pocket when there was so little information? Please revise this listing so people know what they are ordering.
As someone who has been doing pottery for years, I will spend the rest of my life shopping somewhere else. Anywhere but here.

Be cautious about ordering from this company especially if outside the UK. They charge a high rate of postage the day after you pay in full for your products and I have now just discovered that they put the value of my goods at €36 despite the fact that they were only €20 so now I have to pay customs of €15.91. A strange way of doing business at the customers expense.
Great Experience-Despite Initial Reservations
Honestly I was nervous after a friend told me that she’d avoided this company due to negative reviews - but having experienced them myself, I have nothing but positive things to say. Order was confirmed straight away, I double checked the items were in stock and they were delivered within 48 hours. I had multiple confirmation emails and messages from FedEx - so perhaps they’ve made improvements but I have nothing negative about my experience.

Unfortunately a similar experience to the others who have left a review. Placed an order, heard nothing for a week so I chased it up only to find out that half my order wasn't in stock - no communication or notification was given regarding this. Fortunately I was able to get through to CS, cancel my order and get a full refund so I could order elsewhere, but it's annoying that they let you order items that aren't in stock and don't communicate it.

Shocking delivery time
Shocking delivery time. Emailed, no reply. Had to call up twice to chase the order, which after 2.5 weeks it has finally been dispatched.
First call- they said they had it and were packing up today. No sign the next day that it was dispatched
Second call- said it was out of stock and waiting until 1 week after for restock.
Ridiculous.
Haven’t offered any compensation or even expedited delivery for the lack of delivery time.

I spent £600 in store with Jessica a few weeks ago. I was so excited to be there! I then forgot a few underglazes so ordered a few more to the tune of another £100.
1 item was out of stock but I didn’t see a 0 and just thought it was missed.
One item looked used, had no polystyrene lid insert and weighed .4g less than the others of the same make.
I emailed a few times without reply. I rang but go no response. I was finally able to speak to someone. She seemed to not be bothered and said the pot was correct. Kept saying she would investigate. Said investigate about 10 times. She rang back and said some had more and some had less. I got the one with 1cm less which in a tiny pot is a lot not to receive. I was expected to pour it out and see if it was 120mg (or whatever it was) I don’t have any way of measuring that amount!
I feel like I wasn’t believed and was expected to just put up with this explanation.
After spending £700 to be treated with such distain seems very short sighted!
I just don’t get this type of customer ‘service’.
Why on earth would I want to buy from this company again.
The girl is speaking to her manager and getting back to me. Let’s see how it is resolved.
A frustrating and time-wasting experience!
Having read the reviews below I wish I had known the history before I ordered - I have had the same problems - a long wait for delivery of my order, an unwillingness to help me on the part of the sales team, an incomplete order received eventually and now I'm trying to find out where the missing items are. I will not order from this company again.
Chaotic business
It is very difficult to get hold of anyone and things seem to move slowly inside the company with poor internal communication. The best response I got was by phone. Let it ring a long time and call again if it rings out. This was the way I was eventually able to get a refund for a cancelled order. Emails to sales@ address don't work. The people I spoke with on the phone were pleasant but nobody seemed to know what was going on. I wouldn't use the company again.
Delays and excuses
I placed an order on the 28th of November for glaze stains. When I purchased the stain, the amount was in stock. I am incredibly reliant upon this stain for my professional work. As of 16th December,I have still not received this product and have had to cancel because I do not believe they will deliver in time for my requirements. This has been a trend with potterycrafts of late. I have phoned twice (very difficult to get hold of people) to establish what has happened to my order. Twice I was told it was in stock but that it needed to be "packed down". This does not take long to do. I was told they had a lot of orders to get out before Christmas. For a web based sales system two and a bit weeks order time (still incomplete) is extraordinary. I now need to find an alternative stain with all the testing that that involves, which will still probably be done quicker than when my original order would have arrived. Very unhappy experience, and that has been the case for a while.

When your order arrives complete then is great but this is not happening. Right now Im waiting for neph.sy. ( for glaze) almost a month! I done with emailing them to ask whats going on! This is ridiculous!
I wish ordered this somewhere else! I can say they have good prices for clay if you able to wait than order there but if you in rush…………. Forget!
Bad experience, Buy 2 get 1
At first I wanted to order some products to be shipped to EU. But the site listed my address as unavailable. Then when I asked them for a reason, they fixed it. After I purchased 2pcs of 48kg cement, my invoice said only 2pcs of 25kg. When I asked them to check the amount and price, the only responce was that it was a wrong amount listed on their site. And that was it. NO apology, NO refund offered, NOTHING that a well respected seller would normally do. So really bad experience overall. Buying half the product at doubled price.
