The equipment is very sturdy and the display panels turned out beautifully. They are able to be quickly set up, taken down, and store in a convenient carrying case making the most of our time at trade shows.

This product was sold as an improvement over Halogen Lights -- yet is no where near as bright. The product arrived as promised and was easy to use. Had you "HONESTLY" stated that the light is barely half as strong as a Halogen Light, then I would have looked elsewhere.

I've been using Post Up Stand for years and as usual you've never let me down. Ordering is seamless, great communication, delivery on time, and no unexpected surprises. The designs are awesome as well. Oh, that was me. Anyway, I periodically shop around to see if I can get better prices but end up ordering from Post Up Stand. Thank you for making my job easier.

We felt the print on the banner could have been bolder and was expecting it to be larger. The caring case was nice quality and customer service was 1st class.

Let me start by saying customer service was GREAT (5 stars). The printing on the banner was GREAT (5 stars). However, the product (a GLOW retractable banner with built in LED lighting) was sub-standard. The product would receive 2 stars. I ordered three and one of them arrived with a broken lock tab. Kevin V in customer service arranged to have a replacement cartridge sent. The product has a lot of sharp edges. and some of the electric cords received cuts and slices. I had to repair one of the cords. The manufacturer used surface solder joints on the LED light PCBs. One good tug on the cord could possible break the solder. I had to engineer a stress relief system using zip tie and a bolt to help stabilize the solder points. (*I was told modifications to the unit would void the warranty but I need this equipment to last through 5 shows this summer. I feel potential customers should be aware of the weak points on this unit and what they might have to do to make it last more than one show.) The LED PCB is attached to the light bar using an adhesive which I expect to come loose at some point in the near future. There's a translucent plastic panel that diffuses the light and it is very fragile. One of mine arrived broken. The case the banner comes in is not padded well and if anything more than the slightest pressure is applied to it, you may get some damage on your banner. I added some cardboard and bubble wrap just to get it back and forth to this first show. The IDEA of the Glow retractable banner is great but the manufacturing needs quite a bit of improvement!
