I am so happy with my order! I ordered 10 stands for a big corporate announcement to be sent to 7 locations, including an international location. Turnaround was quick, and it had to look great. Post Up Stand came through for me. The product looks amazing, was easy to assemble, arrived on time. I couldn't be happier!

First time customer and not impressed. Almost half of the 14 banners arrived with large black skid marks on them. Obviously a quality check wasn't done because just a glance at them before shipping could have solved this, but things happen and I understand that.

But then it took another couple days just to get an approval for the re-print. There was an apology but no sort of discount offered like a "hey, here's 10% off for the trouble" I think would have been appropriate. I shrugged that off too because whatever.

Now it's another week and I had to contact support to see where things were at since I've received no communication. Found out the re-prints just shipped out. I guess if they mess something up, you don't get an expedited printing, it's the same week turnaround. So hopefully next week when the re-prints show up, all will be good but at nearly a month's time since original order. No discount offered still and I just don't see a reason to ever use them again.

No one has contacted me yet, despite what was promised below 10 days ago. I also just found out they forgot to send a stand that was part of the order, so now have to get that from them. This is becoming comical. As a marketing agency, we have been absolutely embarrassed multiple times by you guys in front of our clients.

I didn't want to invest a lot of money in small banner stands that change from tradeshow to tradeshow. This affordable option suits our needs just fine.
