Pricing structure and plans are not suitable for all which becomes really expensive for simple functionality.

Many features like account management for domains are locked behind Enterprise + Addon plans (drip pricing) which are just impractical for teams that don't use the rest of the Postman suite.

Needs a separate security/governance add-on for all plans.

At this stage, feels like our data is being held ransom which isn't a nice feeling.

Unfortunately Postman is no longer what it used to be, and is no longer a recommendation.

Deleted all my local data after update. A lot of collections and a lot of script and data are lost. Lost many days of work. Avoid it at all costs.

Been using postman at work for 2 years, building a collection. Their cloud update shaboogled me so badly i lost all data in it. The name of the calls are there but the content is completely scrambled and random.

Deleted all my environment and collection variables, causing me huge time loss and embarrassment.
Literally wiped out.

So, I missed renewal date of subscription I don't use. I opened issue to support in few days after yearly payment, and they said they don't make refunds.

Wow, this is the worst service ever. They don't care about customers.

Very sad customer service. Our team was new to Postman and accidentally added several more seats that were needed or used. We explained this mistake and Postman could see that these seats were never used as well. We kindly asked for a credit but they kept referring to their policy with no budging. Their customer service was not trying to understand and consider that these seats were a mistake but rather continued to point to their policy. We are a non-profit as well and they seem to not care or be able to do anything. Very disappointing.

Amazing value on their free tier. I use Postman daily.

Forced me to create account and deleted previous collections

Worst software company. They fraudulently tried to charge me $1000. I reported them.

Actually quite good tool, but sometimes simple things like exporting a collection as pdf are made unnecessary complex and bad quality.

Excellent Tool. Terrible customer service.

If you work in web development Postman is really a great tool to use. We upgraded our plan to a paid plan and now are looking to revert back to a free plan as we've found we don't use the paid features quite as much as we anticipated.

Postman will NOT allow you to complete a cancel or downgrade through their website and the cancellation request has to be manually processed by Postman. I submitted my request to cancel before our renewal date and yet Postman still charged me for the paid plan. It has been 2+ weeks since my original request to cancel my plan and the request has STILL not been processed.

While the tool is excellent, I can not recommend using any of Postman's paid plans as this experience has me extremely wary of this company now.
