Should have read these reviews first.
Was not happy with the poster they did or me and yep, all my fault. Total was of money, never took it into my house. Took my thumbdrive with my image to walgreens of all places and they did a muck better job for a few dollars cheaper. Had two other diffrent prints done there also, going to pick them up tuesday. Shop arround people dont make the mistake i did. Also they will create a link account using your information, then send texes to your phone. You will need to delete that also.

I ordered a 10"×15" print for in a specialty frame. What I received was completely unusable. There is 1" of border on the left side and none at all on the right. I emailed immediately to ask for a refund or to have it redone correctly. They would do neither, but instead, offered a 20% coupon to reorder. I would have had better luck with Walmart! I will not do business with this fly-by-night poor excuse for a print shop again.

I've purchased a 5 x 25 custom movie mylar print from this company and my first experience was great. Printing was colorful and the paper they used was great quality would purchase from them again!!

Stay clear of LOGAN. Terrible customer service. This company doesnt deserve my money or yours. HAVE NO IDEA if my product is good or not because it's basically MIA and I was told it's all my fault. Nice, LOGAN. My package did not arrive on time and they apparently KNOW that USPS has trouble with delivering posters to some mail boxes but instead of just taking that option away to ensure their product is delivered correctly and timely, they just post a bunch of verbiage about how you SHOULDN'T select USPS and how it'll be all your fault if something goes wrong. Like, why bother if you already know there are issues and then you're just going to respond to your customers and blame them. Order elsewhere!!!!! Buyer BEWARE.

The roses were supposed to be pink on the outside with orange yellow on the inside. They came out orangish pink on the outside; not enough purple in the pink. When I complained, he put them side by side and said they matched exactly. I’ve read some men can’t distinguish different shades of pinks and reds; that is obviously the case here. Don’t print here if you want your colors exact.

I'm a professional photographer and I've been trying out a few of the online printing houses. A lot of places online are using cheap paper and colors come out strange... the problem is you never know until you place an order and see what you get. After a lot of trial and error and playing with the website, I think we've found the best overall provider of high quality photo prints.

Posterprintshop is one of the few places that accepts huge TIFF files for printing so I know i'm not losing quality in compressed JPG's, and the prints speak for themselves. I've tried all the papers from glossy to matte. The archival matte is my favorite, it's a thick quality matte paper and my photos pop on them. I'm able to use this paper to sign limited reproductions and sell.

The packaging is always sturdy and even though I often choose a cheaper (slower) shipping method, they typically turn the order around in a day and I have it fast. I think their name 'poster' print shop is misleading because they are not cheap posters but rather high quality photographic enlargements.

Simply the best quality and fastest turnaround.

We've been using Posterprintshop for the past year after some disappointing results from the "poster factory". The increase in quality and faster turnaround has been amazing. What we love is the custom sizes, and how their order wizard walks you through the process. We haven't found any other site that allows completely custom sizes with same day shipping. Even if you don't order a rush shipping, our orders have always shipped by the next day.

The quality is unmatched - we mainly print photos and canvas for movie props and staging in homes, and everything looks like real art. The paper they use is not cheap like a lot of the printers out there.

We've only had one issue with a print and they replaced it the next day, no questions asked.

Pacific Coast Staging

Pretty awful customer service. They delivered us the wrong size. When we asked for a refund they refused and pointed us to some hidden terms of service on their site. The staff was very condescending in their responses especially in referring to our “generation”. Very unprofessional

Great looking poster and helpful service from Erica! Easy to use website made this effortless.

I needed a proof-of-concept as fast and as cheap as I could get it. So I ordered one of their "Economy Photo" prints in a custom size. They came through, very quickly and exactly as ordered--perfectly centered.

I've only ordered from them once, so I wouldn't throw out all the negative reviews just on my account, but it's possible they've improved since then. A lot of people seem to be mentioning bleed/border issues, but the website as I used it was very clear about communicating how that would work on my poster.

I was a little skeptical when I ordered from PPS because there was no Trust Pilot entries, but they were quite literally the only people I found online that were doing *true* custom print dimensions. I needed a 15x11 print and other shops would be like, "Did you mean 18x11?" etc...

They printed my work quickly, the quality was great, they even made two efforts to notify me that their shipping tubes contain staples to hold the lid on, and I should take extra care when removing my prints.

If you're looking for a weird shape print (or any print :)) these guys were great to work with.
