Hello Christina, The product you ordered is not a product that we print in 24 hours. That is not to say that we would try to help out if we can. As this is our most busy part of year it was not possible. As much as we can relate to your disappointment we do not think your review is a fair reflection events - Kind Regards the team at PosterFactory
Print issues resolved quickly and professionally
After 4 or 5 orders with Posterfactory without issue the most recent one had print issues - prominent banding due to a fault with the printer. Within 30 minutes of reporting the issue Fredrik got in contact with me and immediately started the process of providing reprints. After seeing how quickly and eagerly they rectified the issue I'm even more inclined to recommend Posterfactory than before.

Hello Signworx,
Thank you for the review and thank you for your business.

Fantastic on every level!!!…
To say I am pleased is the understatement of the year! I am stunned! I could not be more happy if I tried! I love what you have done, with what I thought was some pretty dodgy input. And I love the care you show your work by the way it is packaged and handled! Rest assured, I will be doing business with you again and recommending you, where and whenever I can! Best Regards - Phil Wallis.
