This is a good service for our school but....
This is a good service for our school. I used to get an invoice in the mail to renew our subscription. It was easy and painless. This year for some reason a sales person started calling me/leaving me messages like every day (I screen my calls) about our renewal. Why? If you don't want to use the USPS anymore, so be it, just email me the renewal please and I will pay it.

Glad we made the switch
Since we made the switch to PCC have had the easiest time keeping our posters up to date, and can trust that they are arriving on time without having to micromanage. Our billing has also been easy to work with, and understand.

Poster Compliance Center Keeps Us Up to Date
Poster Compliance Center offers an excellent service for keeping our church updated with new labor law posters as laws change. Their annual service is less expensive than other companies that provide only the initial annual posters. We no longer have any issues with being out of compliance. Great service at a great value.

Customer service
We are in a remote area and mail is extra slow here....so we always get the renewal offer after the deadline for the discount...but because I call to renew over the phone they are always happy to extend the discount to us anyway which is pretty Awesome!

Shipping and receiving timelines
Website states all orders received prior to 12 noon are processed and shipped same day. After a delay in receiving our order, Melissa the CSR was extremely helpful in troubleshooting the mail system delay and coordinating the tracking of the package.

Multiple businesses with multiple locations just can't be setup right
I used to recommend Poster Compliance Center to everyone. Now I don't. The service isn't the same. Every single year my invoices are incorrect. I'm a bookkeeper for multiple companies with multiple locations. Poster Compliance Center just can't handle that situation, they aren't setup for it. Individual invoices for each location doesn't even work, because they have the same business name. It's SO frustrating!!!
