My order was not pic n mix like I thought, I offered to return at my expense they would not allowed that, then when we opened the sweets they tasted mouldy, i will not be ordering from here again, customer service aint great either, just said the sweets were in date so nothing they can do even thought they tasted like mould, they told me it was a taste preference, what a joke, mouldy is not a taste preference

Made an order for some retro sweets for my partners birthday and they went down a storm.
The sweets were exactly as we remember and the variety offered was excellent.
All i would say is some sweets I was looking for were not available. I guess some are not politically correct these days like liquorice pipes or the packs of cigarettes. One thing I am surprised wasn't available are the liquorice catherine wheels...
Delivery was within a few days and came well packaged.
Will be using again at Christmas...

Most of the sweets ordered were of reasonable quality but the liquorice all sorts were rock solid and almost totally inedible - all orders in the past were good

Good value for money but it took a long time for them to arrive and missed the occasion I wanted them for. Order well in advance and you wont be disappointed.

Sweets are packed well and delivered very quickly they are a very good the taste in excellent i would recommend the posted sweets to anyone, the price is excellent aswell

Posted sweets asked me for feedback on the sherbet strawberries that I ordered.
When they were delivered, the back end of the box had been squashed a little. There were about a dozen or so that had been broken. I wasn't going to say anything but thought that if they want feedback , I'll tell them what had happened. They responded quite quickly and I thought abruptly saying that it is unusual for so many to be broken, goodbye.
There wasn't so much as a sorry or a we'll try to improve. I suggested that they use packaging inside the parcels to protect whats inside. Since then, I've heard nothing. I wasn't going to buy from them again anyway and keep it to myself until their customer service ruined it.
On a good note. It was fast delivery. This alll happened about a week ago, can't remember the exact date.

Excellent tasting sweets, flavours taste as stated, value for money, would definitely buy again.

Reasonable prices, prompt delivery and most important lovely sweets with memories of our childhood.

First class service wish others where as good.
Products we have bought are 2nd to none. Thank You.

I didn't receive all of my order.
I've emailed Posted Sweets regarding this but I haven't received a reply from them.

Ordered a few times now and every time has been faultless everything is well packaged and very good quality items highly recommend

My order arrived quickly but unfortunately one item was missing I contacted customer service and they have given me a refund for the missing item

My granddaughter has been very brave after having an operation, so I sent her and her brother some sweets. They were absolutely thrilled with them, although their mum may ration them to prevent overindulgence

The Company has such a wide variety of products it's difficult to choose but all the ones I selected were delivered in good condition and nicely packaged.

Nicely packaged..good choice and prices.Delivery no problems. I chose to purchase as there was little choice of wrapped sweets in my supermarket. I like individually wrapped as I keep them in grandads biscuit barrel for my little visitors. So I love the memory lane black Jack's, fruit salad and my local walkers toffee

A first time customer and was sent 2 items not the 10. Took a ton of messages none of which were customer focused accessible or easy wish I had checked the 1 star reviews before ordering stating mouldy items missing items refusing refunds etc. I DONOT recommend using this company at all not meeting the equality act on reasonable adjustments under the equality act, not sending wgat is orderd , appauling customer service, a shame of a company, they stated a goodwill was sending the 8 missing items as it would cost the a delivery charge again. If a first time customer had such a bad experience with myself I would of atleast thought to offer a percentage of the next order or something days of emails that were very slow to respond to with no option of a telephone to actually talk to a human is appauling. Being told the options were ema or go on a social media site to talk to them which is not an option for all . Avoid this company for sanity sake and from wgat I have read in other reviews food saftey

Once again my order was dealt with promptly. My order arrived well packed and all the sweets had very good best before dates. Very pleased with both price and the service I received. I would use again and highly recommend
