Changed the way I send cards
I started using Postable two years right around the time of my wedding and it actually changed the way I connect with the people in my life. It’s the best card service. I used to never remember to send cards, and Postable has honestly made it so that I never forget. I love Postable, and recommend it to all my friends. (I have never had an issue with delivery reading these other reviews, but I do know it’s probably the fault of the USPS and their customer service team seems to be really good.)
Wedding invitation nightmare
We depended on Postable to send out our wedding invites, but they sent out the invites with multiple misspelled names and incorrect addresses. Imagine the calls we've gotten after half of our extended family received amateurish nonsense. Our original contact lists and addresses that we uploaded to the site had some typos, so we *specifically* made sure to edit it all thoroughly before sending out the invites in order to ensure everything was correct. Somehow Postable sent out the invites with all original typos, despite the fact that we have record of editing it all beforehand. Don't depend on this website for anything important, this has created a lot of confusion and anger in our family that could have been avoided if we had gone with literally anyone else.

Don’t use this service it promises quick delivery of same day if ordered by 1 pm and 2 weeks later my letter has not been delivered! A waste of money!!!

Postable, online postcard company…
I chose to mail a postcard online via Postable. They exceeded my expectations. I actually sent the wrong mailing address and they resent the card for me with the correct address. No questions, no extra charges. Excellent customer service. My emails were answered in a very timely manner.

Mother’s Day Card NEVER Received!!!
I used this service for the first time to send my Mother a Mother’s Day card for this year of May of 2024. I ruined the surprise as I asked my Mother today if she ever received a Mother’s Day card from me and she said no she never received a card! I was wondering why she never thanked me for it! On the App of Postable, It said that she received it and it was Delivered on May 11th, the day before Mother’s Day but she never received it! I sent Postable an Email and they never responded so it’s not important to them! They took my money and ripped me off so I’m disputing the charge with my Credit card company! Obviously they are a scam and liars! Go rip off someone else but you’re not going to do it to me!
They ruined the surprise for the recipient…
I ordered a card from this company because they claimed the mailing could be scheduled in advance. I selected a date six weeks from the order. The card contained time-sensitive information about travel and a gift for the recipient, who is a major actor in a Broadway play. They sent the card immediately, completely ruining the news. When I was notified the card had been mailed, I immediately contacted them and asked they call the theatre and explain their error and ask the card be marked with the “meant to be opened on May 2nd” note. They refused. They refunded my charge after I told them it was unacceptable, but would take no responsibility for ruining the whole point of why I selected them. They made a mess and then behaved horribly. I will NEVER use them again, and I recommend nobody else does, either.

No cards received
I purchased and ordered Christmas cards around Thanksgiving. I did set up the shipping time I believe on 12/18/2023. As of now no cards has been delivered to people I sent them to. Disappointed ☹️ As of today 2/26/2024 no cards received. I am not sure if there will be any reason to resend them. These were Christmas cards. We are approaching Easter soon

The quality was so bad
The quality was so bad. There were tears on 80% of the cards I sent out (VERY cheap, flimsy card stock) and the ink was smeared on many. It also looked like the printer was out of ink as the quality is terrible. I’ll be going back to using Walgreens.

Your editing software is awful
Your editing software is awful! When I take pics, they're never square but most of your slots are. And no matter what I do, even the square photos chop the tops of people's heads off. Your second side of the cards doesn't hold edits if you have to go back to the first side. Shall I go on? Really need to up your game. I won't be back. And if it's always 25% off, then it's really never a deal, is it!? Geez...
Poor quality cards IF they even mail them
I've used postable for the last several years. This year was a HUGE disappointment. I ordered my Xmas cards the 1st week of December and received a confirmation 4 days later that they were mailed out. Only days before Christmas did mine finally show up, looking very cheap with printing errors across them. I reached out to others asking about their cards and was told they too only recently arrived had the same printing errors, while others had not received them at all! These look so tacky in comparison to other brands. I reached out to the company with several pictures of cards received that all had the same printing error and let them know many weren't sent out. Their response was "that was the nature of cardstock" and offered a $20 credit for "next time." They did not address the fact that some were not mailed out. I do not recommend.

We’ve used postable the last 3 years for Christmas cards. This will most likely be our last time.
The first year, our cards were great. I love how they mail them out for you. For me, that’s what sold me. Super easy to do, and cards get mailed out for me.
This year and last year the quality of the cards have been so bad. Our cards look embarrassing on the fridge next to everyone else’s. It looks like we used bad quality pictures, they just look blurry. But they were professional pictures, they should have worked perfect.

I have been using Postable for a while now after a similar service went out of business.
Yes, there were terrible delays with Postable and Mother's Day cards in 2023 (I actually ended up sending it twice), but otherwise the service has been reliable for me.
The selection of cards and customized options are amazing and the customer is supporting independent artists and a small company instead of the greedy corporate card companies.
Someone anounces a birth in their family or someone just died or got sick, I can go right away and get a card out within minutes and cross it off my list!
Keep in mind the cards are not necessarily mailed from where you live, so the customer does need to allow time for the cards to get from Point A to Point B.
And I can almost always find a coupon code online or via an online app to save money for each card I purchase!

You're better off going out and getting your own card and mailing it . Took almost 2 weeks to show up 2 states away. Absolutely never using portables again
Ludicrously slow
Taken two full days for this company to get a notification out to me to say the card is in the mail, and could take up to another 7 days! Terrible service. Never again.
