Took awhile to receive because it was coming from Spain, but I was kept updated on its location. Would be nice if a diagram or instruction were included.

Doesn’t work on darker furniture. Don’t see any difference. It doesn’t correct anything!

I ordered some craft kits from them and it took a while for them to ship it, but now the tracking number has it sitting at a us facility for 7 weeks and they just keep emailing me excuses. No offer to resend product, no offer to just refund me.

They falsely advertise on a page about where the product is manufactured (USA); when questioned about this because the item I ordered was shipped from another country, France, they say that the one place in the US was out of stock and they had to ship it from China (then why did my tracking show it going through France?). Then, when my shipment tracking has not moved for weeks (after it reached USA on July 5th) I am just told to be patient, and they urged shipping company to update. After escalating the matter through PayPal Resolution center, at the last minute they ship it out again, this time from China. At this time it is in the hands of the US postal system so we will see if it shows up, and if it is what I actually ordered.

I ordered the women's Summer Scoop Neck Short Sleeve Sweater. Although the garment was labeled as an XL (my size) it was ill fitting and poor quality. When I received the items it did not resemble the advertised garments. They were not willing to offer a substantial refund and I was advised to give them to a family member. STAY AWAY FROM "POSIBEBESSY"!!!!!

Posibessy.com is a scammy, unprofessional company that should be avoided at all costs. I accidentally placed an order and reached out immediately to cancel—before it shipped—and was completely ignored. Not only did they refuse to cancel, they also refused to refund anything, including the expedited shipping fee I paid for an item that still hasn’t shown up over a month later.

They keep sending the same copy-paste responses, claiming they can’t do anything because the order “was sent,” yet there’s no tracking update, no accountability, and no proof of shipment. It’s clearly a tactic to dodge responsibility and delay until it’s too late to file a dispute.

This company does not operate in good faith. Their “no refund under any circumstances” policy is ridiculous and borderline fraudulent. You’re better off throwing your money in the trash—at least then you’ll know where it went.

STAY AWAY. Do not trust this company. I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, Trustpilot, and my payment provider. No one should have to deal with this kind of dishonesty in 2025.
