I love working with POS Guys I find…
I love working with POS Guys I find your customer service wonderful and my credit card was declined and got follow up from a real human who helped me get the order through. BUT I found the packaging offensive and egregious it was a tiny cash drawer key packed in a box that 12"x8" with packing material. This is ridiculous and wasteful. I know this is a 3rd party vendor but really? Stop working with them. It's almost silly.

I feel like instead of being honest…
I feel like instead of being honest about not shipping my labels for our app printer that was newly purchased I was given an excuse. We had to hand write labels for almost a week before the labels arrived. The labels were not overnighted to us even though it was the company at fault. Handwriting labels during dinner and lunch rushes is not ideal. Didn't feel like the customer service is up to par.

Really worked with us on getting the one we needed for 2 computers. We would like to return the first one like discussed with tech that helped us second go around. What do we need to do - or where do we ship to return. It was just a few days pass the 15 days and he felt we could work something out.

Easy to use POS
Easy to use POS. The one time license fee is reasonable and the monthly cost for the back up $10.00 is affordable. I like that I can have my vendors have access to their monthly sales and email every night showing them their gross and net sales. Joe is fantastic and thorough. The annual fee of $99 is reasonable. Subscriptions fee on the other POS system I was looking at were over $200 a month after the first year. That can add up to over $2000 A year or more. I glad I chose this one.
