Eunice of Portugal Online did a great job of planning our two-week trip to the Azores. Prior to the trip there was attention to any changes that the SATA air service made. We were able to customize the trip beautifully. All the connections, pick-ups and drop-offs were on-time. All except one driver and guide were first class and personable. Five islands in all! We would be unhesitating to use this tour company again!

We had Catarina Costa and she was extremely helpful and kind. We also had the opportunity to meet her and she is a lovely lady. I would personally recommend her and her company anytime. The whole trip was very good, except for Pico, but then when we mentioned it to Catarina she sent an email to the company to let them know that the tour guide we had, shouldn't have been our tour guide. Thank you for a great vacation

I couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience with Portugal Online. During the planning process, I had many questions and changes that they handled with efficiency and care. They happily customized our itinerary to fit our needs. The trip was wonderful in every way. The hotels were wonderful and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend this service. You will not be disappointed.

We reached out to Portugal Online and booked a trip to Lisbon, Seville, Granada and a hop to Tangier. The itinerary was planned perfectly. Joaquim was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

We booked a trip to the azores to and from Lisbon for 15 days. Portugal on-line took care of everything for our trip except dinners. Everything went very smoothly. All of the guides were excellent. They were friendly, helpful and flexible while providing the types of insights only available from local people. Weather interfered with one of the flights but they took care of everything and adjusted the schedule to accommodate the delay. I can’t image a better way to become acquainted with the Azores.

My experience with Portugal online via Azores.com was Amazing. Communication of our 2 week trip to the Azores was good as well as any questions I had leading up to the trip were answered in a timely fashion. This trip was a lifetime dream of mine that I shared with my wife. The tour guides were fantastic, and on time. Every place we stayed at was accommodating. I would book this trip again and again with Portugal online, and Azores.com.

Visited 5 islands, and the flights and car rentals were easy and efficient. Loved the places we stayed at. They were all lovely and comfortable. Açores was a wonderful experience and I can't wait to go back!

My wife had wanted to go to the Azores for along time. Our anniversary was coming up, so I wanted to plan something special. I looked online, and came across a video about the Azores. The video maker made a wonderful video. He ended the video with a recommendation he said he rarely made, for an agency- Portugal Online. I got in touch with the agency, and my experience was wonderful from start to finish. I communicated online with Eunice, and she was not only extremely knowledgeable ( she grew up there) about the area, but was very helpful in helping me plan my trip. When I told her that our trip was for our anniversary, she went out of her way not only to plan a wonderful itinerary, but also to plan a special anniversary picnic- it was a highlight of our trip. I highly recommend Portugal Online for its knowledge of Portugal and the Azores, but also for its wonderful customer service from pre- to post trip. We were so pleased with our experience, that we utilized Portugal Online for our subsequent trip to the mainland. I highly recommend Portugal online …..we will undoubtedly use it again for our future trips…

I’m writing this review as honestly and objectively as possible. I contacted Portugal Online in hopes of getting assistance with planning our travel itinerary. After submitting my information through their portal, they reached out asking for clarification on the dates. In response, I sent a detailed email outlining our flight schedule along with several ideas for destinations, timing, and the types of activities we enjoy.
Their reply simply stated that it appeared as though we were already working with another agency. This was confusing, as the entire reason I contacted them was to seek assistance with planning the trip. Unfortunately, their email did not include a phone number, so the only option was to continue exchanging emails, which quickly became unproductive and frustrating. They kept accusing me of working with another travel group and then was rude in their repsonse.
We have traveled extensively around the world and have worked with many travel consultants and agencies over the years. Based on this experience and my limited interaction with Portugal Online, the communication felt unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult. If you have other options available, I would recommend considering them

I had a wonderful time visiting Sao Miguel this past month. Definitely one of my new favorite travel destinations :). I want to give a big thank you to all the staff at Portugal Online for making the process incredibly simple and straight forward and being very friendly overall.

Our trip was fantastic and booking through Portugal Online was a breeze. We especially enjoyed our time in Algarve and looking forward to making it back there again. Thank you again Eunice for all your help!

I have been to 23 countries, some organized by others, some organized by me… This was by far, the worst trip I took, all due to disorganization and lack of communication from Azores online. We were not picked up when we should have been; the itinerary we received (after I followed up multiple times) didn’t match what was posted online; we didn’t have the guides we were supposed to have… It was a mess. Once you book with them, they check out and take no accountability. We ended up having to pay extra for services that should have been included, again all due to poor organization and lack of communication between the online company and the local independent guides. Extremely stressful vacation!!

I have had a great time at portull with the training also Paul Jackson was an excellent trainer and knows how to get along with his students which means it’s easier to learn , has a brilliant sense of humour.

The trip planning has been completed and appears to be as advertised. While sometimes slow to respond, Eunice has taken care of everything including my special requests. While I have not yet done the trip I feel confident it has been well organized.

People there so good I had to much drink at times I don’t know how they put up with me police do a lot walking so feel safe shops do having amazing stuff so much to do for adventure aswell I miss there after one day I feel bad n love with everything money it can cost

Portugal online, Eunice went the extra mile, anticipated a tour filling up fast and booked us fast. Best agent I have ever worked with. Our e-mails were like talking to a friend. Wait, it was talking to a friend!

Making travel arrangements with Portugalonline.com is a very seamless experience. In my case I had already decided to visit Portugal and with their help I was able to refine the destinations, duration and selection of hotels and activities. Everything worked out perfect and it was a great experience.

I have never used a service of this kind before. Eunice kept me well informed as she set up our itinerary and acted quickly when we were informed of a change in our flight schedule. She was quick to respond to our concerns, courteous and thorough.

The travel consultant, Catarina Costa, was simply marvelous. She responded to all my questions professionally and promptly and helped me make the payment on time. The tour "10 Nights Portugal in Depth" is also exactly what we want. Since it only begins this week on May 25, I cannot yet comment on our experiences.
