They have been lying to me about my order since August 10th. Now they aren't even pretending that my Cascade Weekender is "on the way", nor are they doing anything to refund me, send another item or make it right in any way. I got my backpack through FB Marketplace and thought I had finally found my dream bag, so I went through the company to get my weekender and other items before my vacation. Now I have to waste more time filing complaints with the BBB and the FTC. I even volunteered to drive to the Indiana warehouse where it was supposedly sitting before my vacation, and they claim they don't allow that. Then I offered to pay whatever to get next-day delivery, and they shot that down, too. Just took my money and ran! This is the worst purchasing experience I've ever had!

Poor customer service. No response. Sent me wrong color.

I actually really like the product, but am having an issues being able to utilize points earned for a future purchase ($25 worth). Have been writing for help for over a month without receiving assistance. Would be appreciated if they’d reach out to help.

They lied to me - said they shipped an item but never did. Shipper claims a tag was created, but items were never received for shipping. Customer service told me to be patient. Three weeks later - no updates, nothing. This is not a reputable business. BEWARE!

NEVER RECEIVED OUR ORDER! CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDED! Saw numerous ads on Facebook with rave reviews. My wife ordered one of their discounted ‘bundles’ as a gift for me. Ten days after the order was placed, we received a message from the carrier Portland Gear chose to use, ‘Amazon Delivery’. Message stated package was ‘undeliverable’ because it was ‘damaged’. This carrier proceeded to return this order back to Portland Gear. We made several attempts to contact Portland Gear ‘Customer Service’ about this debacle but never received the courtesy of a reply or an attempt to resolve, replace or compensate our late, lost, damaged order. The rave reviews must be artificial ‘bots’. There is no way Portland Gear can be a reliable, reputable company. Do not waste your time and money!
