The beaded bag that I ordered had some beads loose in the package, the bag wires were broken when I receive the bag. But I love how it looks otherwise. Hopefully it may be repaired.

Hi. Great reliable and nice customer service.
Although my issue could not be resolved and the second dress I bought i ended up asking my tailor to change the zipper( the end of it was pinching on my neck), they were a pleasure to deal with. Quick and reliable customer service.
I would buy more clothing from them in the future.
Maybe invest in better zippers!:)

Your return processing is awfully long …
I must say, my experience with Porterist from the purchase to the delivery to responsiveness was impeccable. The only massive downturn is your return processing is awfully too long. Would you like to customer yo pay you 1 to 2 months after they purchased?!? Your return procedures are just not standard to the market right now. It could be a major turn off for many customers…
