We had a great experience with Hrvoje, our driver during our time in Zagreb. He was professional, punctual, and drove very safely throughout our trip. His car was spotless and comfortable, which made the journeys all the more pleasant.

What really stood out was Hrvoje’s kindness and attention to detail. I accidentally left my sunglasses in his car, and he went out of his way to coordinate with us and make sure they were returned. It was such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated.

Overall, Hrvoje was not just a great driver, but also someone who genuinely cared about making our experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We had the taxi for 4 full days as well as airport transfer to and from hotel.
Hrvoje was our driver. He was excellent not only as a driver but was almost like a guide when we were in the taxi. We learnt a lot about Croatia from him.
He was courteous and punctual. He made our stay in Zagreb very easy and pleasant.

The driver speaks good English. Very friendly and shared with me some touristic places to visit. As my hotel did not have a drop off , he parked his car and walked me to the hotel entrance.

Our driver, Hrvoje, was very attentive and pleasant. He took us from the airport to the center of Zagreb and back again at the end of our vacation. He was very punctual.

We used the service for a pick up from and subsequent drop off to Zagreb Airport (Thur 27 Mar 2025 and Wed 9 Apr 2025) - two people with luggage.

The driver was waiting for us at the airport (with a sign), quickly made contact with us and helped us to the vehicle for drop off at our accommodation. The same driver also picked us up (on time), and got us to the airport for an evening flight, without any hassles or delay.

The driver was Croatian and also spoke English, which was quite helpful for me (note the other passenger was Croatian). However, as a service, dealing with non-locals, being able to speak other languages, such as English is very helpful.

Our driver was knowledgeable and able to answer questions on current events and general "goings on" around Zagreb (when quizzed during the drive - especially by the Croatian passenger - expat).

The rates for the service were reasonable and electronic payment available as a standard transaction.

The vehicles used were new (or reasonably new), clean, comfortable and able to accommodate the number of passengers and luggage.

The driver did offer services for any transportation needs we may have in and around Zagreb (especially day trips etc). Again, very helpful and we would have taken this up if needed.

Contact with our driver was through standard phone/text and WhatsApp.

All up, we can't fault the service, and our driver was very helpful. Would definitely recommend.
