Fast delivery. The only issue being an extra cost for pc based software. For the cost of the machine I believe that this software should be included in the price.

Booked course online for 26 August, was then told course was already full & had to change to a month later. But it let me book for the August course?

Outstanding customer service
I had to return the initial PAT machine as it was faulty. Although a little disappointing, Justin and the team promptly shipped another one on the day and I received the new one by week's end. Incredible service! Being a business owner myself, I understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan but the way Justin handled it was outstanding!
