To clarify, we encountered an unexpected stock issue with the Elite+ Kit you purchased. Steven from our team reached out the following day to offer an alternative—our PRO Kit, along with upgraded software and test tags to account for the difference. We understand this didn’t align with your expectations, and I apologize if this wasn’t the resolution you were looking for.
It appears there may have also been some confusion with our stock display online, which showed the Elite+ Kit available despite being out of stock. Steven made further efforts to source the product locally but unfortunately couldn’t do so in a cost-effective manner.
We’re committed to resolving issues like this in a timely manner and are reviewing our systems to ensure stock levels are clearly communicated to avoid future confusion. I truly appreciate your patience during this process, and I’d like to invite you to reach out directly if you have any further concerns.
