I had visited PSS at their old premises in Romford when I needed the centre locks tightened on my 991.1 GTS. They did this for free even though I had never had service work completed with them. That stuck in my mind and I decided to have my ‘23’ plate 992.1 serviced by them recently. At my request they used all original specification Porsche parts and updated the Porsche database to keep my warranty valid. The service was completed to a high standard and they cleaned the car too. PSS have a very good reputation and I would highly recommend them. The service was roughly £500 cheaper than what OPC wanted to charge me. In addition they are only a £10 taxi fare away from Chelmsford train station.

Excellent spur of the moment service regarding some technical advice regarding LHD light settings on a 911 991.2...fitted us in early morning before their scheduled work. Can't thank them enough.

The wait time for Porsche to get booked in was long but I got booked in and the service from start to finish was perfect. I definitely will take my Porsche back to them !

Have been using PSS for a few years now and they look after a few cars I have both air and water cooled. First class service from good engineers who also give great advice and feedback.

Fantastic service from initial contact and booking through to providing a major service on my 987 Boxster S. All additional work identified was clearly listed and priced enabling me to make an informed decision on work to be done now and those that can wait for next year. Will definitely recommend and use again for any of my servicing needs.

Took my Macan for a full service in the morning and collected in the afternoon,
Very pleased with the service and sorting out my tyre pressure problem that had been lingering.
Also the new premises are much more convenient to get to.

Using a new garage for the first time is always a little bit daunting. All the usual questions swirling around in your head.

My mind was immediately put at ease when I spoke with the team at Porsche Specialist Services. After explaining the issue that I had, they explained what the issue might be and how they would go about rectifying it.

I was kept up to date at every step of the process and the vehicle was returned to me in good working order.

I can highly recommend Porsche Specialist Services. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

Adam and his people have looked after my 981 Boxster for several years, and their customer care and attention to detail are as good as you'll find. I cannot recommend them too highly, highly professional, always helpful and a delight to deal with. Just...nice, you know? Good people and good service at a fair price.

Took my 911 4S to PSS for it's first minor service under my ownership at their new premises in Galleywood.
Easy to book-in, albeit had to wait a few weeks for an appointment (They're busy for a good reason) but well worthwhile.
Tracy most helpful throughout and even called upon the Mechanic who undertook the service to explain a matter I raised (Won't get that at a main dealer).
All dealings quite transparent and although the car needs a little more TLC than I'd have liked, they didn't try to push me into having any of the extra work done. Instead, they left me with an itemisation of those areas requiring further attention, together with an outline of required importance/urgency.
Found it easy to park (Not squashed-in with a fear of door dings upon collection) with car returned to my care having been nicely washed and a Porsche based stamp in the service book!
Will definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Great service from booking to work carried out

Used Porsche Specialist Services for the first time and was extremely pleased with the outcome. From dropping off the car, you're able to engage with technicians who are clearly passionate about the cars. Comms while the car is being seen to are clear and consistent and there's no mad push to sell you additional work.
They are busy, and they deserve to be with the level of service they are able to provide. They even tightened my handbrake cable without me asking and without charge. Just regular honest passionate specialists in Porsches!

Would not hesitate to recommend Porsche Specialist Services. Felt more confident dealing with them rather than the main dealers. Saved me thousands on my Macan's transfer box which I thought would need replacing.

I took my panamera here for its service and some general maintenance issues such as a wheel bearing replacement and I was very pleased with the experience and service I got from all the staff.
As a Porsche independent specialist garage I would thoroughly recommend using them

The car is driving like when I first got it lovely and gear shifts a lot more as expected from a PDK gearbox.
