Pop-Up Toy Shop Omdömen

The shipping had a bit of a hiccup and ended up talking a lot longer but that was cause of the mail carrier the seller made sure to follow up with me about the order and check up on it and everything which was very nice of them I’m very happy with everything

Love it, my daughter was able to get a doll she had been searching for, and it didn't take long for package to arrive.

Very impressed with the excellent service and speed of delivery, receiving my order of 'How to Train Your Dragon - Toothless toy' within 2 business days of my order.

It all went as planned, from purchase to delivery. Regular updates provided and met. I would use your company again and recommend it to others. Thank you.

I had to cancel my order due to losing my job and a refund was given without any questions. I hope to buy from when my circumstance improves. Thank you very, very much.

Glad I bought it, was so much better than the picture, my grandchild will love it. Delivered quickly & well packaged.

Very happy with my purchase… well packaged too!!! Thank you!!!

Definitely would not recommend. When I received my order I was missing 2 items and after 3 emails over a week I finally heard back, with ridiculous requests. They offered me a refund as they were willing to post out the item again. In total of $24. After another 3 emails I still have not heard anything and it’s now been well over one month since I have placed my order and still no refund. Absolutely awful customer service and extremely disappointed especially because my daughter paid for these items out of her pocket money. So disappointed. Will never order again from this website.

Great service and loved how they were exactly like the ones in Toy Story. Thanks for making my son and daughter-in-law exited to have these displayed in their awaiting bubs room.

Quick service..the buzz light year was much better than I expected..

The service from Pop-Up toy shops was excellent. My order was processed quickly and delivered promptly and the customer service team were able to help answer my questions.

I give it a 5 star because it exceeded my expectation! My son loves it so much and his toy story collection is nearly done. Keep up the good work!❤️

Still haven’t received the item and I’ve emailed the company and still no response
