I canceled my subscription on the same day I signed up but I still received email saying will renew for next month??? SCAM!!!

Worked perfectly well in Brisbane airport, but never worked despite multiple attempts in Taiwan where it was intended to provide a VOIP link back to Australia. Only produced error messages, despite having fast Taiwan internet service to work on. Very disappointing service.

Made my first and ONLY free call on their site successfully so I decided to try the $10 plan while I wait for my cell phone to come in, as I have no phone right now. After registering and paying, I added my # as my caller ID as stated. The pop up CONVENIENTLY states that this can ONLY be done ONCE. No instructions as to how exactly the # should be entered, etc. Funny thing is, after I entered my phone # and paid, I made a few calls but NEVER GET THROUGH. I ALWAYS get a NETWORK ERROR message. I've been emailing them over and over since there is NO phone # to reach them and have YET to receive a reply. Then I figured I would pay for another $10 plan so maybe then I can leave the caller id option the way it was and maybe I can NOW make calls....NOT A CHANCE. Even after paying for another plan & canceling the previous one, they kept the caller ID the way I previously had it, NO OPTION to update it, NO REPLIES, but down $20 WITH NO CALLS MADE. This is a SCAM. I am still not able to make calls or speak with ANYBODY or EMAIL. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless, maybe, you leave the caller ID portion alone...smh I will be disputing my charges.

It is not calling from Botswana to any other African countries please can you fix it please

Just used it and it worked fine. But I have onl mde one call with it. Do not know what is down the line though.

Did not work. I was going to do a credit card chargeback and then support responded and it worked for 10 minutes, then it stopped working again. I cancelled, and it cancelled my subscription immediately without keeping the rest of the month that I paid for. Not that it matters since it doesnt work, calls never go through. And if it only works inside the US, why would I need it. I need VOIP outside the country not inside.

Needed an interim solution to an outage with one of my numbers. The description of this "free" service appeared legit.since I think I read about it on a site like WiRED (?). Tried using the dialing from an android,got the mic denied error, changed the app.setting to allow mic. Did NOT get the option to turn on a mic. I tried again, fourth try. Like others, I got the "connecting"then "you've reached your daily limit"when I haven't connected to a call. PopTox website claims they will respond in TWO hours, well it's 72 hours now, nothing. info for poptox email listed ,send to it, "failure notice unable to deliver." This is the email they list for tech.support, and Trustpilot is using.

it is not calling it's saying: Sorry, free call is not allowed to this number. Check our rates to make cheap calls.

I paid $50, and now I can't dial. I sent them an email and got no reply

Doesn't work at all. Dial and it says connecting. Nothing ever happens. Doesn't ring to person being called... landline or mobile. You hear nothing on computer. A green button for "dial" turns red and sayd "hang up". That's their tech, but no dialing is happening. Tried with and without VPN, on Chrome as recommended. Its farce. Super basic looking site that is probably just some amateur scam of some kind.

That's absolutely a shit. And you will lose your emergency time and fall in danger.
If they can't help you in emergency, then they should delete this scam and fraud website.

They are just going on with false claims there is nothing here like free, they use the word free just draw attention 💔💔🤦🤦

As others stated, I wish I could leave less than 1 star. I have had the same issue as another person posting. I paid for a $10 service and each time I place a call I get a "network error" message. I emailed them and I've heard nothing back. I will cancel my subscription and I hope they don't charge my account again. I feel they are scamming people to get at least $10 out of person, until we realize it is a scam. I wonder how many people they made $10 off of, before people realize this service is no good. Sad that companies take advantage of people this way. Going to cancel my account now.

Sometimes the message is 'Network Error'. Other times, it tells me that my microphone is in use. And other times it asks me to Allow microphone access, (which is already enabled on my computer), and it ends my attempted call before I can even click on 'Allow microphone access'.

This is the website that claims to call free from anywhere but it asks payment to do so.
