Refund

Very poor experience with Popsy. I ordered a laptop on 13-02-2026, but even after a long delay it has still not been delivered. Customer service is very disappointing — no proper response to emails or complaints. There is no phone number or office support, only AI-based replies that do not solve the issue. My EMI has already started, but I have not received the product.

You repeatedly told the public and customers that delivery would happen multiple times, but SMSA informed me that only the airway bill was created online and the item was not physically handed over for shipment. This clearly shows misleading updates and poor service.

This caused me financial loss, wasted time, and stress. I do not recommend Popsy to others. Please be careful before ordering.

Extremely poor refund process - Over 30 days and still waiting

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Popsy. I submitted a cancellation request for Order #505421 on March 13th—over a month ago—and I am still being told my case is "being reviewed."

Despite providing all necessary documentation and explaining the urgency regarding my Baseeta installment due date, the company continues to delay. This lack of responsiveness is putting my credit standing at risk due to potential late fees on an order I cancelled weeks ago.

Customer support (Ahmed/Supervisor) keeps promising 48–72 hour windows for updates, but there is still no refund confirmation. It should not take 30+ days to process a cancellation for an item that hadn't even shipped at the time of the request.

If you value your time and financial peace of mind, be very careful before ordering here. I am still waiting for my money to be returned.
