It is a reliable company even though the poppers I always order from them it is English with black lid it always leaks I already raised the issue with them they promptly exchanged some bottles but I suppose this problem has to be raised with the supplier overall a hood experience regarding customer care .

Stale, old stock sent. Half of what I ordered was only fit for binning & one bottle was sealed, but empty.

I got a follow-up email asking if my order was okay & when I said it was poor, they completely ignored me.

Kinda surprised as I've been a customer for years without a problem.

Their website holds all negative reviews for moderation & doesn't publish them either.

They're cheap, but if you throw half of it away, suddenly it's expensive.

You can not get fresher stock than on our website as its direct from the manufacturer, the chances of having 10 different brands fail in same order are impossible unless you have stored them incorrectly.

Nope, have not had the problem before or since, always stored the same way. Virtually every other order I’ve had has been a full tray of a top selling brand with presumably fast turnover. This order was 20 different types which probably don’t sell well and sat around long enough to go stale. Blaming the customer isn’t a good look especially since the review isn’t even that negative. It pointed out one bad experience and contrasted it with the good service I’d had at other times.
