I ordered 3 Big drip bidons from POP from S.Korea. The bidons arrived safely via Royal mail properly packed. Unfortunately one of the bidon has a defective print. When i wrote to POP, they responded same day promising to resend me another. Waiting for its arrival and ready to up the rating to 5 star for the kind and responsive services.
