Great customer service. I ordered the item as a Xmas gift. I got an email to say that the item wouldn't be available until end of Jan '24 and gave me the option to cancel my order. I decided to keep the order and I'm very please that the item has arrived as promised.

Item I ordered was an 'in stock item' so it was dispatched quickly and arrived quickly even though I placed my order about 10 days before Christmas. The pop ordered was priced at about what it should be and not at an inflated price like I had seen else where.
Would definitely buy here again

Pre-ordered a Funko Pop figure and was messaged immediately to let me know it was not available yet and checking that was ok. Then was kept up-to-date throughout the process. Excellent service and would definitely use again.

Excellent, honest service.
I was delighted to find the shot glasses on this website for my daughter's Christmas present. They were available to pre-order and this was made very clear by them. I really appreciate the honest and clarity received when they stated that Christmas delivery wasn't guaranteed. I went ahead with the order as I valued their honest and integrity so much. What a first class company, my order was a pre-order and a date at the time wasn’t set, but fabulous communication from the PopCultureUK team, kept me up to date all the time.
Once the product had shipped, it was a quick delivery & arrived exactly when it was due.
