I had called because I had lost my keys to my truck. I received my quote and the technician name Robert came out within 30 minutes and I'm telling you I have never worked with somebody more pleasant and more professional. If there was a way to leave more stars I would. Thank you Robert

I had them come out and open my truck in the early morning hours. The receipt was very unprofessional with no info on there other than price. I have contacted 3 to 4 times to ask for a detailed receipt for my insurance and still NOTHING after about 5 months. Very CRAPPY WAY to run a business. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Good luck if you don’t get everything done on the front end!!! If I could I would rate a -3 at least!!!

Scott did an absolutely amazing job executing his experience in repairing my tire during my last minute flat tire. I would highly recommend "pop a Lock" to everyone!

Lady was very nice while lying to me. Said they would have someone sent my way. Over an our later I called back she said they were closed and no one was coming.. what the heck?! You said you were sending someone! Why didn't you call back and cancel atleast! They had me sitting here on the side of the road from 10pm to 11pm waiting on them for nothing 😑

I have tried to get services since 7/31/23 in Indy. I've called 10x in the past three weeks due to false promises and poor communication by their call center. Last week I was told by Jody the technician for my area was out of town but I was put on the board for today but should call this morning to confirm. I called and Jacob said if the tech hadn't called me I wasn't confirmed but he'd have him call me. Told me to call back if he didn't call within the hour. I just called back after an hour and a half and the told the rep to cancel anything that may be scheduled. He didn't seem phased or try to talk me out of it. Guess the company doesn't need money. I originally reached out online but that was ignored.

Popalock sent me a text offering to deliver and replace my bad battery at my location. I live in a densely populated suburban area, ten miles north of San Francisco, not out in the wilderness. I called to request the service. My first question was whether they service my area. I was assured they do. They promised a 45 minute wait. After two hours I called back. This time they said 50 more minutes. When I protested, the dispatcher said he'd call the tech to see where he was. Apparently the tech had marked my job as "completed" because he won't go out to my area. No one let me know. The dispatcher not only gave me misinformation that led to my wasting an entire day, but he doesn't even keep in touch with his own staff to know what they're doing. These people are incompetent. Don't trust them to come through for you when you have a problem and need help.

I generally dont like to write reviews but im sorry this was ridiculous. Pop a lock in Surprise AZ. I specifically called this company and asked if they could come out around 6:30pm with a few hours notice to unlock my car since I locked the keys inside. They confirmed over the phone that it was scheduled and the technician would be there at 6:30pm. At 6:31pm, I called as I had received no text confirmation or phone call regarding the tech. I was told the tech would call me back and let me know when they were on their way. I waited another 20 or so minutes and called again, confirming that the tech was indeed coming and on their way and to get a time estimate. The woman assured me that she would contact them and they would reach out to me soon. No callbacks from anyone. After another half hour of waiting, I called in again. I was then told that actually they dont send techs out after 6pm...mind you I not only scheduled a service with another representative for 6:30pm but I did so several hours in advance. I received an apology and was told they wouldnt be sending someone out. By now an hourish had passed since they were supposed to be there. I had to call another company and wait another two hours before I was able to leave. They had multiple opportunities with multiple representatives to tell me during any one of my calls that they wouldnt be sending a tech out.

Called due to key fob failure, a sneering service stated they would have a locksmith call back, and of course no one called back. Pop a lock Peoria, AZ definitey will not call them again.

The young man was extremely nice and professional however he had to use my tools to do his job sorry I will try not to use this company again

don't take my word, look at the other one star reviews. I'll be inquiring how they maintain a 4.9, which appears to be a lie as well? This company could have endangered lives? The tech that called her, was rude and insulting nor would give his name. I chose them because they said they could be there in an hour. LIE. Pam in the office kept repeating the lie, over and over and over. never showed. It was 112 yesterday, thankfully my loved one wasn't on side of the road with dead battery. She was near a business. Imagine your loved one broke down with dead battery on side of road and Pop-A-Lock says they can be there in an hour but never shows. What would be the liability of the company if that person perished in extreme heat. This is what could have happened to my loved one yesterday on 7/3/23. They never said they couldn't make it, only they were coming. I was over 120 miles but finally made it, to change the batter in 20 minutes myself. Bob the manager called and apologized, but for what? His consistent lack of integrity. His failure to do his job? His lack of understanding of a schedule. His poor professionalism?
All in All, this company, once proud and reliable, has become nothing more than a sham, a scam, and not worth the call. Please call Another Auto Association instead, especially if someone's life could be in danger.

Pop A Lock Kona Locksmith is absolutely horrible. At first the guy came down to my house to figure out what was wrong with my car. He said one of my fobs was no good & he had to place an order for a new one. He plugged his tablet into my car & taps on the screen after unplugging from my car he said he’ll be back in two weeks, two weeks before today within those two weeks the programming was messed up, the check engine light on, the key symbol on the dash was red and my car showed I had no gas, this all happened after he unplugged his tablet from my car. I filled up the gas the day before he came down, he said there was a mechanical issue, then gets mad at me, drops the F bomb & then says he can’t fix my car. So I took it to Pre Owned Motors & they found the problem. They found a bunch of codes on my car that he purposely put there when he stuck his tablet plug into my car & after all of that, Pre Owned Motors found that it was just the push/start button unit that needed replacing. Unbelievable I was about to pay $280 to fix something that never needed programming & more problems would persists afterwards I would rather pay more for a correct diagnosis by an honest professional rather than paying less for lazy half ass job that someone else caused. I will never use Pop A Lock Locksmith service ever again. Very unprofessional & the guy SERIOUSLY has a major attitude problem. Would you rather pay someone for great service or a half wit that causes more problems & then say they can’t fix it when they are the very one’s who caused it in the first place.

Eric was here to change my tire within an hour of my call. He kept me informed of his eta and when he got here, was very professional and courteous. He has my new tire on in no time. Hopefully I won’t need this service again for a while, but if I do, I’ll ask for Eric again!

I had an experience similar to the reviewer below me.

The individual they called out was being super disrespectful and rude, which I don't tolerate. When I told him he didn't have to be an a$$hole he told me to get an uber, **** myself, and he drove off.

I just recently got help from one of the locksmiths at Pop-A-Lock, and he was all-around great, very courteous, and timely. He showed up and said it would be taken care of in 10 minutes and he had it done in less time than that. Justin was his name, Very efficient and professional worker. Definitely will recommend him to anyone who has any issues regarding their vehicles or any other services provided by Pop-A-Lock.

On March 8th 2023 at 8pm in the evening I called Pop A Lock to request a Driver for my Car was in the Anti Theft mode with my Keys stuck in the Ignition with the doors Locked were!!! I also needed a Jump start and a Spare 🔑 made.. The Dispatcher had John call me and I explained what I needed but He never Showed Up😟 Being angry and upset I called Pop A Lock back the next day and Reported John! The dispatcher was very annoyed at John's behavior and said she would make a Complaint and have the Manager give me a Call! Within 10 minutes the Manager ANDREW called Me and he was at my house Within 20 minutes! He unlocked my Car, Jump started me, and Made me a Spare🔑 But that's Not the End of the Story! He left and about an Hour later I went out to my Car to Leave and it wouldn't Start. I immediately called him but by that time he was in Galveston on another Job but Promised me that he would be at my house the next morning at 9:30am. And even though he was scheduled Off he Was there..And not only did he Give me a Boost but that Gentleman followed me All the Way to Auto Zone and Stayed with me Until they Installed a New Battery!!! Now that's what I call Excellent, Extraordinary, Customer Service 💯 ANDREW(Mgr) I will Never Forget your Kindness you went Above and Beyond the Call of Duty Sir😊

How do you charge me and make me sign a receipt about satisfactory service before doing the service? The website even says you aren’t charged until completion of service. This the first technician I had to pay before the service. And then the service didn’t even help me. I will be disputing this charge with my bank.
