We ordered the Spencer Marston Annapolis pool table and we are very happy! The pics of the table look good but it looks even better in person. The customer service was also wonderful. Jonathon and Dennis were quick to respond and answered all of questions. Very good experience!

My new Venetian pool table showed up today. The installer Rudy was right on time and did a fantastic job setting it up! I was very impressed with the quality of the table and how it enhanced our game room. The pictures on line do not do justice to actual table itself.
I give high regards to Caleb and all those involved. From the time I ordered the table, the communication process was first class! Everything was on time and in impeccable condition. Earlier I mention our installer Rudy. He didn’t just show up to throw it together and leave. He was very experienced and knew talking with me, the level of expectations. He exceeded all of them.

Very happy with the table! Great quality. Exactly what I expected when I bought it. Purchased the white glove installation and that was seamless and done in less then two hours! Customer service excellent on all ends!

Recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a pool table, their customer service is outstanding. I tried ordering online and they had a slight glitch with their website due to distance of my address location for their White glove installer. It was late in the evening on a Saturday and sent a quick message to their Chat but was after hours and figured I would need to follow up after the weekend. But to my pleasant surprise they called me the very next morning a Sunday which was amazing and had a solution and processed my order and excited to receive it. Highly recommend!

From start to finish this company was fantastic. We were concerned that they wouldn't be able to deliver/setup our 8 ft. table because of our remote location, but they did...with perfection! Embroidery looks great too and is well worth the extra cost. Highly recommend and the GM Jonathan Munevar was fabulous. Thank you for an A+++ transaction.

Always nervous buying sight unseen. We looked locally and did a lot of research before finally making a purchase with pooltables.com. Their communication and local installers were as expected. Poolstable.com appears to have good customer service as they have been responsive each time. I would buy from them again and highly recommend them.

Here is my horrible experience with pooltables.com. Do not order a pool table with a tabletop. Such horrible quality control. We got our pool table with tabletop delivered on 1/12/23. They came and built the pool table and no problem with the table itself. They left the tabletop in the box and said that they don’t touch that. I was so excited after spending a lot of money to have a pool table that converts to a dining table. The tabletop has pins and holes where the 4 pieces connect together ; and they were not drilled properly and the tabletop did not line up properly. It took from January 12th until March 27th to get the replacement delivered. Same thing happened it was just a drop off. When I opened the replacement 1 piece had a 5 inch crack in the wood; another piece had a bunch of scratches and another had a chip mark on it. After many emails back and forth; it took 164 days 6/26 to get a new tabletop that was finally good. They refused to take the defective tabletop top with them; now I got to look for a way and pay $$$ to dispose of it. STAY AWAY from Pooltables. Com!!!

The guys at pooltables.com were a huge help whek it came to choosing our outdoor table. Very knowledgeable and eager to assist. They, in partnership with Star Billiards, delivered and installed the table. Reggie and Ronnie were great. Our table was fully assembled, perfectly level and ready to play.

We absolutely LOVE our new table. It was a very smooth experience. The table was shipped to a local installer who contacted me and set up an appointment for delivery and set up. They did a beautiful job and we use it almost daily. We were looking for something unique and we definitely found it with PoolTables.com.

PoolTables.com made my day. I bought from them for two reasons. First, as a so-so pool player who has never before owned his own table, I wanted to know what to look for in a well-made one that might help spruce-up my game. Second, I was looking for a great looking piece of furniture that would complement my house and game room, in case I turned out to be total crap as a pool player.

Initially, I tried to find a local shop where I might talk to someone and see what kind of tables they had. No luck there. Next I started checking websites with mixed results; i.e., nothing that impressed me - until I found PoolTables.com online. Their website provided all the information I needed, including things I hadn't thought of such as minimum room size (I barely made it there). But what really sold me was their picture gallery showing an impressive number of models and styles. I picked the 'Sedona' which is more modern yet stately, having absolutely gorgeous dark wood and leather pockets. Not cheap but worth the money.

The company then recommended an installation service. I'm reasonably good at installing things, why not this pool table and save a little money? If you think that way, you might want to watch their video showing what's involved, then reconsider.

I'm so glad I did. The 'white Glove' service I dealt with picked up the kit from a shipment depot, verified no damage, no missing parts, then carefully installed it in my home. Fascinating to watch three heavy slate pieces being joined and individually adjusted with leveling screws, edges sealed with beeswax, top covered with stretched cloth, leather pockets installed. Even if one buys a used pool table, you're not going to be able to just set it up like a ping-pong table in your home

After playing a few games with friends and watching 'how-to' videos on U-Tube, I think my pool game is going to be all right. I'm really enjoying that part of my purchase. But what brings a smile to my face is the way the table looks - it's a flat-out beautiful piece of craftsmanship. I should charge the Spencer & Marston Billiards Company with sleep disturbance - I get up nights just to go look at their handywork. I'm now inclined to believe in the words of poet John Keats: "A thing of beauty is a joy forever". I bet he owned a pool table.

Never thought of buying a pool table online but after shopping around, we decided to take a chance. The first great thing was the price, then customer service was excellent, but still had a few doubts about the actual product. We can tell you to take the leap, the table is beautiful. We ordered on Thursday and were playing pool on Tuesday. The white glove installers were terrific too. Be sure to get that! You won’t be sorry with this company!

The whole process of purchasing the Chesapeake table was made easy by Phil and the team. Scheduling delivery and assembly was simple and they arrived exactly on time. The 2 delivery guys were very friendly and helpful. In all took a little over an hour. The table was leveled perfectly and set up exactly where requested.
