My dog is absolutely obsessed with their treats - nothing gets her attention faster! I also love the seasonal bits they bring out, it’s a nice little change and makes things feel a bit more fun. Everything I’ve tried has felt really high quality too! Would definitely recommend.

I’ve had a great experience with Pooch & Mutt. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and since switching, I’ve noticed improvements in my dog’s digestion, coat, and energy levels.

My dog loves the taste, and the transition was really smooth. Delivery is always quick and reliable too.

I ordered 2 gut health tests on the 8/4/26 it's now the 21/4/26... there is no sign of my tests - I can't even track them as they are not yet dispatched! I've sent 3 emails finally a reply this morning asking for the order number.....I mean really?? This company has bombarded me with Marketing emails on a daily basis but can't send out my £140 order?!
Absolutely shocking customer service! Never again will I purchase anything from this company

We switched our puppy onto Pooch & Mutt’s Primal range (wild boar dry food) and he settled onto it straight away with no tummy issues at all, which was a huge relief. His coat looks great, his energy is balanced, and he genuinely gets excited for mealtimes now—it’s clear he loves it.

Ordered some Calm & Relaxed food for my excitable pups and it was brilliant! Website was easy to use and the order came in a flash. Highly recommend and will be ordering again!

My dog has enjoyed the special veterinary kidney diet for a while, and I was very happy with the food and my delivery experience.
Then, for sad reasons, I needed to return a whole unused bag of food.
I found it very difficult and frustrating to establish how to contact the company to sort this out, which is why only 4 stars.
When I finally discovered that the way to communicate was by WhatsApp, things happened very efficiently, and I think it would help if this were clearer on the website. Otherwise, all good.

I wish I had found the brand sooner. My oldest girl has struggled with joint issues and skin/fur issues - since moving her on to a Pooch diet she walks for longer, seems in less pain and her coat is no longer patchy or rough. The ingredients in the food seem super premium compared to the supermarket junk I was feeding her before. I also can't believe how fast the delivery is. The company seems so passionate about dogs health and were so informative when questioning some ingredients. My dogs absolutely love the food. I will continue my fur babies on the Pooch and Mutt diet forevermore!

Ordered dry food, supplements and treats for both my dogs — really impressed. Fast dispatch, quick delivery, and the new website is clean and easy to navigate. Both dogs have taken to everything straight away, which is the real test. Will definitely be ordering again.

Latest batch has made my dog very ill.
He started being sick then has had terrible runny poos, he is not himself and has now gone off his food which is unheard of for him. There is something terribly wrong with this new batch.

Our dogs have been on pooch and mutt for several years and thrived on it. We have used both health and digestion and superfoods. However, like many others it seems, we have been experiencing problems since the rebrand. Our 3 Bostons have been very windy, with soft stools and also seem a bit fussier with their food. Our youngest Boston was worst affected and ended up with bad diarrhoea with blood. Seeing so many posts online about dogs becoming unwell on the food, I’m now at the point where I don’t want to use it at all any more for any of our dogs despite having 2 large bags of it still! It’s a shame as we found it a really good food for them up until the rebrand.

Customer services did reply quite quickly to my concerns (I contacted when we first started the rebranded batch at the end of Feb) but they put it down to a slight increase in psyllium husk in the health and digestion which the dogs may just need to adjust too. I ordered superfoods instead at this point as they and they have been equally as bad on that variety since. I have just emailed today raising our concerns again, and will swap our dogs on to a different brand of food.

I have been using the healthy digestion kibble for almost 3 year now, never had an issue until now. The 'rebranded' version of this has made my dog so ill. He has has explosive diarrhea, he has been sick and generally unsettled. It took me so long to find a food that agreed with him I am really angry that I am now back to square one and my boy has been suffering because of changes I have not been made aware of.
I have emailed the company direct but no reply!

Our dogs love Pooch&Mutt, especially the training treats!

I can’t fault the customer service. The website is easy enough to use and you can simply manage subscriptions etc from your account.
