I had been eying Pompons for sometime and finally got to try them out. We purchased my 15-month old 3 pairs of Pompons and when they arrived I was very surprised by the quality, styles and color of the items which surpassed my expectations. The shoes are very soft yet seem to be very durable and flexible; and the shoe-socks are of a very high quality material.
Their customer service is great - very friendly, responsive and easy to understand. My items had little issue with sizing and upon contacting them they offered me a free “Size Guarantee Service” which is simply wonderful.

Comfortable shoes design and great customer service

We purchased 3 pair of pompons.

Our child figured out, very quickly, how to get them off so we haven’t really been able to use them yet. I reached out to Pompons and they not only gave me a suggestion of using yarn or strong to help keep the shoe on, but offered to send a new pair of the taller sock style which may stay on better.

Easily the quickest response and friendliest customer service I have worked with.

I have had a great experience so far from the company. The first pairs I ordered were too big and they are sending ones that will fit just right. Good customer service

We bought 4 pairs, 2 in his size and 2 a size up for the winter. However we found that his size were still quite roomy for him and the size ups were definitely too big (so big that we think he wont get to wear them for a while!). I contacted Pompons for an exchange and received a very prompt reply saying they will happily replace the shoes in the size we want. Very happy with the shopping experience so far and the customer service! I can say the shoes are of great quality too.

perfect for chubby baby feet 🖤 ours were a bit large, but, pompons offers a free size guarantee service! pretty cool. i was able to exchange several pairs for smaller sizes and colors!

I'm very satisfied with the purchase "Everyday-Baby" shoes. It's very comfortable, flexible, light and breathing. You can wear these shoes both indoors and outdoors, with or without socks. It's easy to wash. Shoes do not slip, the child can safely walk on wet surfaces. That is why I order the same shoes in the next size up, as the size of the foot has grown.

My daughter loves her warm sheep Pompon slippers! They fit great and are super comfy with great grippy bottoms!

He realizado el pedido el 22/12 y es verdad que han tardado en llegar, casi 1 mes...tambien he de decir que esperaba mejor calidad de la suela, pero bueno no son para caminar ya que mi bebe de momento gatea y lo usa en la cole para q no se le enfrie los pies. He comprado la talla 6-12 meses y para mi bebe de 10 meses le quedaban grande x lo cual he realizado el cambio.

I have been tracking my order for over 2 weeks with NO progress. Im convinced it will never go past order received. I should have read the reviews on this company sooner. A lot of people never receive their orders. PLEASE REFUND ME!
