My daughter wanted a really cool design (pale acrylics with chrome tips) she showed the really nice technician a picture and he did an exact replica with such precision, it turned out actually better than the photo! He did a truly excellent job we are so delighted! Especially if you are looking for something arty or simply a perfect finish, I highly recommend!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Girl who did my nails wasn't very friendly and just chatted in her own language to the other girl doing the other pedicure. It wasn't a great job she did on the polish and when she just slapped my flipflops down for the other girl to put them on my feet, it seemed rather rude and the other girl putting the flipflops on acutally made marks on my new polish so they were ruined and now my nail has come off a nail infection not going back
I wanted to give a second chance to this nails salon as they have already dissapointed me once. Today i went there to get one broken nail fixed with acrylic, i specified that i didn't want Any colour on it because i had exactly the same colour at home that would match the other 9 nails. The lady was insisting on searching for a colour when i already repeated several times that i was good to go and just painted it with a light pink that didn't match the other nails that were light pink with glitter and make me pay £5 for it. The queue was long and for 1 finger the price to high. I will genuinely not return again. I went home and had to scrape off that colour and repaint it to make it match. Please listen to your clients! I've been coming here for 8 years for perfect traditional polish French Manicure which do not chip and last more than 2 weeks. Moved out of London 4 years ago and still come back specially as haven't found anywhere as going locally and oddly enough prices are lower than locally too.
Really disappointing experience. My nail art is messy and badly done. I won't be returning.
This is the 3rd time that I got their services and I must say I am very satisfied.Grace is amazing she done my nails very well she is very friendly and professional.And the best things it last a month even if I wash the dishes many times.I recommend
