Great customer service - very easy to set up

I am a member of an international photo site that is run on Pollunit. With their incredible support and guidance we have developed a professional yet user friendly way to host photographic challenges throughout the year.

Markus nous aide toujours volontiers et est toujours très disponible et réactif. Il a été arrangeant sur beaucoup de points et nous aimon sbeaucoup travailler avec son aide depuis quelques années. En outre, la plateforme propose beaucoup d'options que nous n'avons trouvé nulle part ailleurs !

Facile à prendre en main, laisse largement assez de liberté dans les paramétrages pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de chacun.
Utilisé dans le cadre d'un concours photo : gros gain de temps sur la créations de plateforme de vote (entre autre) et rendu final nettement plus sexy qu'en bricolant sur Notion, google form ou autre.

En bonus, le service client est réactif et à l'écoute.

I needed a simple way to host a costume contest for a single night Halloween party. This did the trick. Every other option I could find required an ongoing subscription. PollUnit allows you to pay for a single month of service which was great for what I needed. Support was really helpful in providing some workarounds for something I wanted to do that wasn't inherently supported. They could have just told me "no, that's not possible" but instead they pushed one small change to the product and provided some suggestions for how I could accomplish what I was trying to do. Very good customer service.

The unfortunate reality when it came to using PollUnit’s services was that the website hosting platform we have used for years doesn’t support the embed code from PollUnit. However, PollUnit was extremely helpful and while we weren’t able to use their service, we champion their efforts to accommodate our team and really enjoyed the simplicity and precision of their services. I wish I could give more stars. This company sets the bar for excellent service. We have used PollUnit for years. Any time we have run into a problem, no matter how small, PollUnit have fixed it quickly. Yesterday (Sunday) I sent an observation to them that the font used for one function was difficult to read. Today I received a reply explaining what they will do to address the issue. I know from past experience that this will be solved quickly and efficiently.

Und die Technik funktioniert auch reibungslos. Ich nutze als Dozentin vor allem den Fotowettbewerb, um Projekte meiner Studies an einem Ort zu präsentieren, zu sammeln und zu speichern, verbunden mit der Möglichkeit, die besten Projekte gemeinschaftlich zu bewerten. Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen!
