tremenda porqueria de portal de encuestas es el peor 100% te hacen hacer encuestas de 15 20 minutos diciendo que seran de 3 minutos y cuando la terminas por completo no se paga, siempre pasa, si te pagan una encuesta ten por seguro que te lo van a debitar por que son la escoria de las encuestas, la calificacion de 4 estrellas es falsa, no es posible que hace unos meses tengan 1 estrella y ahora magicamente 4 no es verdad el servicio que ofrecen es una estafa, cuidense de estos rateros, no les dediquen tiempos ni opiniones

Pretty user friendly interface even for a first timer. Lots of functionality. Got 200 good quality results in a couple hours on a Sunday night. Really quick.

The research is conducted so quickly and efficiently, and the live chat feature - plus the AI feature - are super helpful.
The only downsides were that this time, for the first time, I saw that a few respondents did not take the survey seriously. They entered random letters in the open-ended, which calls into question their entire responses. The only other downside is that I still don't find the surveys very intuitive to set up, outside of simple single or multiple answer questions.

Reposting review that this company tried to get blocked and blamed on others. This is FOR POLLFISH.com and NOT for bitlabs.ai which I have never used.

Have been surveying online for 5+ years, and run into many Pollfish surveys over the years on numerous survey sites that are legit. Pollfish credits less than 50% on surveys completed to the end. It isn't the survey site, but Pollfish as a client; already researched that. They are excellent at getting free information and not crediting you for your time. I chatted live with their agents online and they took no accountability as expected. They are a bottom feeder, no pun intended. Now when I see a Pollfish survey, I close it and move on. Would recommend the same for others. They get 2 out of 5 stars; 40% which is just about matching their crediting rate for completed surveys. Had 2 more today not credit after completion.

Update, just lost a star since they requested to have this review pinned to another company or platform I have never used or heard of before. The web address is always Pollfish with your LOGO on the page every time. Need to take some accountability and make some improvements.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Pollfish.
After raising an urgent issue regarding missing location data (which makes the survey results largely unusable), I’ve now been waiting 11 days without any meaningful update or resolution. Despite multiple attempts through customer support chats and email, I’ve received nothing beyond generic responses saying the issue has been “escalated.”
The lack of location data completely undermined the purpose of my project. I initially structured my survey to analyse regional responses, but due to this issue I was forced to proceed blindly just to complete the required sample size. This has significantly impacted the value of the data I paid for.
What’s most disappointing is the complete lack of proactive communication. For something raised as urgent, I expected at least regular updates or a clear timeline for resolution — neither of which were provided.
At this point, my confidence in the platform has been seriously affected. I’ve also requested a partial refund given the disruption and time lost, but have yet to receive a proper response.
Until support reliability improves, I would struggle to recommend Pollfish to others.

Survey’s never pay Customer service says they have the right to decline at anytime. Even after you’ve completed it and they’ve taken your time, data and answers.

Scummy scammy polls that let you go complete them and then say they have been declined. Awful and do not trust.

Polifish is a legit survey site i use it on freecash but the only negative is that they give you small amount of money

The platform mas misleading with guiding the survey design, leading to something that biased the sample. Then when I complained asking to refund for the missing sample that I would need to fix this, the support team was unable to understand the situation and didn't solve a single thing

Working with this Pollfish has been a great experience. Their team is incredibly helpful, responsive, and proactive, and they have strong processes in place that keep projects running smoothly from start to finish. It’s clear they’re committed to making things easy and efficient for their clients.

Their UI is very easy to use, lots of question flexibility, but most importantly, the results analytics tool/report is TOP NOTCH

Everything was very smooth and easy

Survey results came back very quickly, and are comprehensive. Good response rate but not perfect audience identification, I got many responses from people outside my target audience.

Fast. Good customer experience. Transparent costs.

I am a new client and came in with a very urgent request to set up concept tests and get results to inform strategy with a total 6-day timing for field, clean, analyze and deliver. I think we might be able to pull it off! That meant setting up as a client, learning the Pollfish platform and Insights Builder platform. I can't believe the client service that has been provided to me over the last 5 days. It has been best in class. I am so thrilled to be working with Susan Stacy, Will and Victoria for holding my hand on this critical project.
