We started trading in our home town in Oswestry before expanding to 15 x stores spanning North Wales, Shropshire, Cheshire & Staffordshire. We added our Call Centre to our portfolio in 2022, our customers wanted to opportunity to book or speak to us out of 'normal hours' we are now able to provide customer support 7 x days a week until 8pm at night during the week and 6pm on the weekends. As an independent travel company we have pleasure in sourcing the best possible price for our customers, we deal with over 300 tour operators meaning we can shop around on behalf of our customers. Being ABTA bonded and only offering customers ATOL protected holidays, we can ensure our customers have a trusted, financially protected holiday. We are proud to be a key booking agent for all major tour operators and as a result have prices which are better than most are able to access! Maddy was really helpful and took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made the whole process so easy. I’ll definitely be using face-to-face service again from now on — such a better experience and now i can not wait for our holiday next year

Personal service!
Great to go in a store after a few years booking on line. I knew where and when I wanted to go and saved a few pounds by going to the shop. The personal service from Lydia was excellent and I would definitely recommend the Stafford store when looking to book a holiday! We will use the store in future too.

Fabulous Travel Company
We approached Polkadot in Shrewsbury to help us find our holiday for September 2025. They were helpful, good with communication (despite being very busy) and gave us plenty of options and all were well priced.
Their service and knowledge outshone that of our usual travel agent and we will always use Polkadot in future.
Thanks very much to Sarah and team, we had a fantastic time away.

All the girls are so friendly its like sitting with a friend when looking to find the right holiday . They show you everything and explain everything you need to know , also inspire you to try different places .

We had the best experience booking our honeymoon with Polka Dot Travel Newcastle-under-Lyme! Jess was absolutely amazing – so friendly, knowledgeable, and patient, and she helped us plan the honeymoon of our dreams. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
All the girls in store were fantastic too – such a lovely team! We had to bring our little boy along on the day we booked, and they were all so wonderful with him, making him giggle and keeping him entertained while we sorted everything out.
We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much to Jess and the whole team – we can’t wait for our honeymoon! 💕✈️
