Working with Polimity has been an excellent experience. Our company needed guidance on GDPR compliance, and their team made the process clear, efficient, and stress-free. They took the time to explain every step, ensuring we understood how GDPR impacts our operations and how to stay compliant long-term.
What stood out most was their responsiveness and professionalism. Anytime we had a question, they provided detailed answers and practical solutions tailored to our business needs. The level of expertise they bring is outstanding, and it gave us confidence knowing we were in the right hands.
Another highlight was the way they leveraged automation tools like Drata, which made the entire process incredibly streamlined. Concerns about how they promote their services
In my experience, Polimity's way of promoting their GDPR services raises concerns. I've noticed what appear to be coordinated 1 star reviews linked to people around their organization, which gives the impression that reviews are being used as a tactic rather than reflecting genuine customer experiences. To me, this feels unprofessional and damaging to other businesses.
I believe it would be better if they focused on improving their services and building trust through quality and reliability, instead of relying on methods that create a negative business environment.
