Really impressed with our local Police. We broke down on a country road in between 2 small bridges & blind bends. We had to direct the traffic as RAC couldn't get out to us quickly (but they did their best too). They were such nice lads. Put police slow signs up & directed the traffic then blocked the road for our recovery vehicle to get us. Too much bad press for the police. So happy to support them

5 times I've tried to report a vehicle with no insurance and no MOT on the road but the website is rubbish , asking me questions that I'm not to know and won't let me carry on unless the question is answered. So I try to phone 101 . 13 minutes later and gave up

MY parents are in there 80s 2 men robbed there house today 21/06/24 they reported the crime and spoke to a person in crime desk her no. 9321.. l explained l was a worried son and this person was so so RUDE I ask if someone could please visit as NO POLICE PERSON attended the crime and I was worried as my mother was crying and worried.. she refused and told me NO ONE WILL VISIT as it classed as only a theft from there home ... SCUNTHORPE POLICE YOU ARE THE REASON FOR THE HIGH CRIME AND PEOPLE NOT TRUSTING IN THE POLICE SHAME ON YOU !!! OLD people robbed and you just don't care ... *JUST LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS AND MAKE A CHANGE PROTECT THE PUBLIC*

Absolute waste of money from our taxes. They claim they don’t have the resources for dealing with crimes, yet they have resources sitting about in carparks munching on McDonalds. What an absolute joke. Out of all times the police has been contacted they helped exactly 0 times. Talking about GMP specifically.

My daughter is a small woman. At 18:16 a large, bulky man in his sixties damaged her car by reversing into it. She tried to talk to him but he drove off very fast after intimidating her with aggressive and angry body language. He made no effort to exchange details. She was shocked but she managed to photograph his number plate. The DVLA website showed he has no MOT. She wondered if he is uninsured and whether he might also have been driving under the influence of alcohol? When She made her first attempt to contact 101, at 18:52 the male officer was rude and dismissive and obviously didn't care. What happens if this bully goes on to hurt someone? I'm her Dad. I rang at 18:58 and the female officer was also rude and only took the incident seriously when asked for the details of how to make a formal complaint. Eventually she confirmed that it was a hit & run and transferred me to another number which no one bothered to answer. By 19:41 I concluded that Staffordshire Police are really not interested in serving the public and so I ended the call. However, this is not resolved to my satisfaction. I want the incident reported and I would like to make a formal complaint about how difficult it is to make them do their job.

Once again Kent police, west area show their true uncaring ways.
Why do we pay their wages, remind me ???
They certainly don't have a brain , or live in 21st century.
People need desperate help and I mean help, and the police don't care one little bit .

Rang Edinburgh police through to a Glasgow call centre not at all helpful what has my date of birth got to do with someone trying the door handle of my property at 04:25 this morning and stealing the items I'd left on my doorstep and previously stealing a parcel left by Royal Mail. The call handler was judgemental and a bully she has arranged for a call on Saturday 25th May 9-11am will come through as a private number. Whoopee great service from the UK police force who don't care an iota about anyone's personal safety.

The police have responded and are dealing with this matter appropriately.

West Yorkshire Policing area useless. They want the public to do their jobs for them. You want something doing do it your self. They say don't take the law into your own hands. Well guys in this day an age you need to. Because these inconsiderate human beings will let the dick heads ruin what we have & that's many decent members of the public that want better for our children. Not to see them in crime , drugs , gangs. That ends up another statistic in the morg. Because the majority of these guys don't care one bit let me tell you that. Specially the wakefield policing team. Many come out & it's like there going on a night out the women officers. With the false eye lashes on and make up. A was really shocked. Nothing was done at the time either. Utter let down to the community. Even after the local mp had a word with the inspector. They still haven't done anything.

I have been exploited and assaulted and coercive I have Learning difficulties and police have messed up as they have stated on letter they don't care I have mental health issues I have been self harming I'm very upset

humberside police officers are worst you can have any involment (sorry for my spelling but I am dyslexic) with, no wonder they only stick with each other. Not to be trusted, they are rude, unprofessional and they lack any sort of compassion or care. will never report or approach again

Suffolk Constabulary. On 1 May I went to Haverhill police station to report traffic lights not working at a busy junction. Station is permanently closed. I used the phone next to the door and was told to call 101. I used my mobile and chose from 1 of 5 options. It rang for 2 minutes; no-one answered. At home I fill out the form to complain to the Police & Crime Commissioner. Just after sending the form to his email address quoted on the website, I was told it couldn’t be sent because the email address has closed permanently.
I tried four ways to contact the Police, without success. In future I won’t bother.

I'd like to share my experience with Somerset Police regarding a situation with my disrespectful neighbour. Although I had to wait over an hour to report the incident by phone, I also filled out a report crime form during the wait. While waiting, I came across some negative reviews online, which concerned me. However, when the police finally answered, they handled my case promptly and even followed up with the completed report crime form. It's important to understand that the real issue was the original incident, not the police response. Let's direct our frustration where it belongs. The police are actively engaged in addressing our concerns and ensuring our safety.

Not interested in protecting the public. Unable to function day to day life properly as now living in fear.

Provided evidence, they can't be bothered.

A dangerous police force who are just a bunch of pen pushers.
