I recently did the Arctic tour from Aberdeen to Svalbard, by Hondius. The ship is great, with all the facilities you need and more. The team expedition was amazing and the places we visited incredible. About PolarTours, the service has been honestly perfect: I was in touch with Celia, a really professional agent who took care of every detail to make sure the experience will be the best. Information and communication with her were great.

The Agent, Ms. Celia with Polar Tours, was magnificent. Highly professional, personable, flexible and worked with us to provide us with wonderful accommodations and an amazing experience.

I booked a trip to Antarctica with Polartours working through Celia on a spontaneous decision after noticing an ad being run on an upcoming expedition to complete our family goal of visiting all 7 continents.

We contacted her company and she worked diligently to make it happen. She was extremely clear and provided us with written information and confirmation of every detail. I cannot say enough good things about her and her excellent service. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE.

The expedition itself was fantastic. Far more than we expected. The staff was great, the ship (Plancius) was nice, the adventures were top notch and the fun was every day. And the passengers and new friends we made were lovely, friendly and excited to share their daily experiences as we were.

I rate Polaristours, the Plancius and the expedition very high. And Celia (just a joy) is one of the best in the business!

I choose polartours to go to Antarctica and i was not disappointed. I had an amazing experience with them. Celia was wonderful in keeping me informed with all the right information. I consider going to Antarctica again and I will choose Polartours for sure. 100% recommend.

I am genuinely surprised by the negative review here, as my own experiences with Polartours – especially with the agent Celia – have been nothing but exceptional.

Last year, I booked a trip to Greenland with Polartours, and from the very start, Celia proved to be a true professional. The communication was clear and precise, all travel details were transparently presented, and I felt well taken care of from the initial consultation until my return. In fact, I was so impressed that I am already planning to book my next trip with Polar Tours again, as I have never encountered such dedicated professionals before.

Regarding the criticism about the cabin arrangements, I would like to emphasize that it is absolutely standard in the entire industry of polar and expedition cruises that the more affordable cabin categories are shared with other guests. This is no secret but openly communicated by all reputable providers, including Polartours. Anyone considering such a journey should thoroughly inform themselves beforehand—especially when it comes to cabin categories. It is simply unfair to blame the travel agency for one's own lack of attention to the booking details.

I fully support the professionalism of Polartours and can wholeheartedly recommend them. A big thank you to Celia and the entire team for the excellent service!
