I recently purchased the Polar Dive Pro tub and water chiller from Polar Dive USA. The product was received in only a couple of days and was such an easy process to get the tub up and running. The water was at the set level within 12 hours! I reached out to the company regarding a question on the proper method to remove and clean the micron filter.....within minutes of my email, I had a response from John at Polar Dive! That was remarkable! I have had the tub for a few weeks now and love it. Highly recommend the product and company.

The research convinced me that taking the plunge was worth a try. Game changer. Hooked from the very first time Mainly due to the experience. The unit itself is fantastic (Polar Max). Set up is amazingly fast, and the components are well constructed. I did a Lot of research before ultimately settling on Polar Dive, and I am 100% convinced that it was the right choice. The product is superior at this price point, and I guarantee you will Not find better customer support anywhere. Just Buy It and You're Welcome.

I ordered the Pro tub with the chiller, initially the order was delayed so they upgraded my chiller to the V8. When my system arrived I had an issue with the initial setup and the Polar Dive USA staff exchanged many emails with me attempting to rectify the issue. When the issue could not be resolved they had a new chiller to me within days! The plunge now operates perfectly! I have truly never worked with a company who’s staff has been as professional and attentive as Polar Dive USA. I would very highly recommend PolarDiveUSA! My experience/dealings with them has been perfect.

I’ve had my chiller for about a year and used it daily, amazing overall. The pump went out (after literally a year of constant use and moving across the world) and they responded within an hour and sent me a new one free of charge! I could not recommend an ice bath chiller better than this one for the price. If you are on the fence about it, do it!

For a year, I’ve used this daily. 5 min at its lowest setting of 36 (water temp remains around 40 in the summer heat.)

chiller completely defective - cold plunge stopped working after a month. not to mention it was in a screened in porch so it was not even exposed to harsh weather!

I really enjoy my cold plunge! The material has held up well and I’m able to use it everyday without any issues.

Product works better than advertised. I keep my outside in Houston 95degree-plus weather and it's kept the water at a cold 47 degrees. I keep it on all the time and was concerned about my electricity bill, but it hasn't increased more than $15 a month which is what I used to spend on ice ONE TIME. I have back pain so I cold plunge even 3 times a day. Polar Dive changed my life!

The system works great, consistently gets down to 37 degrees, was easy to assemble, and customer support is very good.

I bought my cold plunge tub with chiller less than 18 months ago. Customer service last year was slow, but since getting connected to a new team, I’ve been really pleased with prompt responses and a willingness to support customers with ongoing needs. Using my tub most days, there has been some wear and they have sent replacement parts and detailed instructions when needed. Appreciate that on a hefty purchase!

I really enjoy the product, but my 5 stars are even more based on the fantastic service that I received. I broke a spout on the tub and they very quickly sent me a new one. They went above and beyond to ensure I was covered.

I got my Polar Dive 4 months ago and it has been life changing. As an above the knee amputee and recently diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, I wanted to try something different and remain off medication. THIS WORKS!!!! I start ever day with a plunge and sometimes numerous times daily. When I travel I just don't feel as good and It's because of my Polar Plunge. I recently had a minor issue and they told me how to fix it immediately and in 3 minutes I was up and running again. The customer service is excellent. I highly recommend this product, you will not regret it.

I received my polar dive chiller. I already had my own tub without any valves on the side of it so I had to hang the hoses over the edge of the tub instead of connecting it to valves on the side of the tub. The water was not filtering through the chiller. I contacted customer service and they sent me an external pump without any questions and without charging me for it. This was never their fault it’s just a bit of a different setup with my own tub. I was very impressed with them solving the problem so quickly and getting back to me within a few minutes. This is great customer service that all companies should provide but most lack. Thanks again for all your help!

I got my cold dip two days ago and the setup was super super easy. I had a few minor issues, so I contacted support at 8pm and I immediately got a reply. I worked with Tyrell and he was beyond helpful. My issues are resolving. This has been one of my best experiences ever dealing with customer support. I cannot recommend this product and company enough. They clearly care about their customers. I’m beyond stoked.

From the moment my PolarDive cold plunge arrived, it’s been an exceptional experience. This is the second cold plunge unit I own and it functions just like my significantly more expensive unit. The build quality is excellent and the chiller/temperature control unit is easy to operate.

But what truly sets PolarDive apart is their customer and technical support. I’ve emailed them at odd hours—late nights, weekends—and every time, I’ve gotten prompt and extremely helpful, responses. It’s rare to find a company that nails customer service like PolarDive has.
If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is hands-down a great unit.
