Highly Recommend

I’ve ordered for delivery and collection and both were seamless experiences. They were super accommodating arranging a collection over the weekend and were lovely. Ordered online on Thursday evening and products arrived on Tuesday. The exterior box was a bit bashed up but my packs were so well packaged they were in perfect condition. I also ordered when I knew a busy card show was on so I’m even more impressed at how quickly my package arrived. Would absolutely recommend them

Still very good

Second order from them, and everything is still perfect. The items were well secured, arrived in good condition. And despite delays in the delivery (due to external factors they could not anticipate), they stayed very reactive and answered quickly to give updates on the situation. Thank you again.

I ordered the Pokémon Cards

I ordered the Pokémon Cards on 6/3 it's 6/22 i still haven't received them,I don't even know if know if what i ordered what i'm going to get or what condition.

I did contact a few times by Email you had shipping listed for 6/11 originally then changed to 6/18 after i emailed and all i was told there was a problem with customs no reason why i'm sorry but i had a bad experiance for the amount of shipping i paid for/

what was the delay? Only thing i was told was a custom problem, Why did it take over a week to fix i only got told that was because i emailed you i'll end this with sometimes we have bad experiences' but your product was great well wrapped and got 2 ultra rares.

If an item and shipping paid for and gets delayed it's definitely our right to ask why and you should explain reason or you will continue to lose business.

ANOTHER UPDATE:
Customers do not have to know why customs held our package for almost 2 weeks. It is none of their business, we will never share exact details of our shipping with customers. It's not how we operate. The only update that concerns you is that we had customs issues and that we have contacted them more than 30x times during this period to resolve it.

Thanks for pointing that out, we had a look at our conversation where we stated where to check when we ship, that we had customs issues so you were well informed about the delay. Appreciate that you confirmed that for us!

To clarify the situation:

Your order was placed on 6/3, and the product page clearly stated that shipping would begin after 6/18. This note was visible just beneath the "Add to Cart" button.

Your order was shipped on 6/19, and both we and UPS sent tracking information to your email on that date.

The tracking link shows the expected delivery date is today (6/23) — meaning your package is arriving within 3 business days of shipping.

We also maintain a dedicated shipping updates page, accessible from the top of our website, to keep customers informed on all preorder timelines and fulfillment updates.

While we understand your concern, we kindly ask that reviews reflect accurate information. We work hard to be transparent and communicative, and this situation aligns with the timeframe we clearly outlined at the time of your purchase.
