Your basic scalper company that sells for 1.5 - 4 times more than retail. Awful customer service on top. Avoid this scammer company.

Terrible Service.

I ordered some items, They were over priced but i didnt mind because they said i could recieve it in 2 days with express shipping.

I harrassed them over email for 2 weeks to find out they dont even have the stock. They kept lying that it would be sent soon.. but never came. Then after 3 weeks i asked to swap with an item they do have. They agreed and still took another 5 days just to get that shipment started. I still havent recieved it yet. its been 3.5 weeks on an express order that was meant to only take 2 to 3 days to arrive.

Horrible service. Never going back.

These people have massively over inflated prices. You can get what you want from fb marketplace for half the price and that’s buying from resellers!
No stock on hand for new items.
Website said they had three items available for the 30th anniversary stuff. Then found out it’s on order.
Paid on September 29th and didn’t hear a thing from them from until I chased them up to find out the above. Twice they’ve said the stock will be in soon with no actual dates given.

Claims to not be a scammer yet nowhere in the site was it clear this was a “Lucky Dip”. Not allowing people to chose the product they want to buy and not labelling your product adequately is a scam in itself. Then when i offered to buy another one if they could guarantee i would get the elite trainer box i thought i was purchasing they said they could not guarantee this. How looking at the box you are packaging to be shipped and making sure its the one your customer wanted could be so hard i have no idea. I also know someone who purchased the cost co bundle from them but only received the products in singles. More false advertising.
Will never shop here again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Scalper prices and if you cancel you get robbed! I cancelled 10 minutes after purchase and was slugged a 20% fee on a $1500 transaction. Disgusting! I will warn everyone of this behaviour.

Do not buy from this website. They mislead with their listings and customer service is irresponsive! The listing showed 3 of the type of product and the price more or less was 3x MSRP only to find only one was to come. Whilst they did acknowledge the misleading listing I am still waiting a response of refund options and sending the product back, unfortunately my experience was compounded by needing the product for a birthday gift. Such a waste of time and money! DO NOT BUY

With the price of pokemon now because of scalpers I’m pretty careful with what I buy, I check costs across as many sites as I can, do the math on weather bundles are worth it with stores compared to their single pack pricing. I was working the math on some booster packs from here and realised that as you order more of one pack, they initially get cheaper, but by the time you get to the 6th or 7th packet you’re no longer saving and the price per item actually started going back up. I don’t like paying shipping to I always order enough to get free shipping, but on one of my experiments to find the best deal on packs, by the time I got free shipping, the packs themselves costs an extra $2.50 each, completely negating the free shipping and then some.
I don’t understand the reasoning. Technically it’s legal if it says it in the terms, but damn it’s dishonest. I just want some cute Pokemon cards that I never got a chance to buy in stores :(

Honestly, I had high hopes for this buy and feel like I got ripped off. First of all, some of the boxes were damaged and an individual booster pack was extremely bent too. They left the sticker on it with the price tag attached to it, which said $40 which was unprofessional and misleading. The postage time was reasonable. I added it all up and I spent $650 and didn’t get anywhere near that in return.

On the website, it doesn’t give the option to leave a review. This was the only place I could..

I did contact them directly but still haven’t received an email or call back to discuss the poor condition of my order. I ordered this about a month ago.

Have waited over an almost two weeks without my parcel being sent , have sent multiple emails and messenger messages and asked for a refund multiple times. All I have gotten back from them are excuses and no refund. Will never return to this sh*thole of a business

Mystery boxes are not worth it. Cheaper to go to shop yourself. Was very disappointed

Ordered and after holding my $1250 for 2 weeks with no update the market price moved up and they cancelled my order. Long shipping time so they can see if the market shifts.

How to make a business scalping.. Immoral low lives ruining the hobby for everyone. Avoid at all costs. Do not support them.

Pokesource sent me a mystery box and it was 1k and the total value was like $1300 very very happy
